Had Tickets to an Indians game, and a concert at House of Blues the same day. Hotel is centrally located to all the downtown attractions, walked a few short blocks. Spent the entire weekend in a 5 or 6 block radius, and longed for nothing! Great location.

Location was great for attending sporting events downtown. Did not like paying for parking while staying at the hotel. Room was not quiet I heard too much hallway noise.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for its proximity to sporting events in Cleveland; the Cavs and Indians play 3 blocks away, the Browns are within walking distance. There also are a ton of sports bars, regular bars, and restaurants within a 2 mile radius. The building is an old refurbished site with VERY TIGHT underground parking. The parking area is also very small, so it fills up mighty quick. Once it fills up, you have to forage on your own to the closest city garage on your own dime. As a former resident of the city, the neighborhood has been spruced up big time, but safety awareness is still something not to be taken for granted...The hotel itself is very serviceable. The rooms are suites or studios, but since it's more a business-first type of hotel, all the rooms have kitchens, there is a lobby cooler full of stuff that you can purchase at all hours (except the beer and wine I think). The beds are comfortable enough, and in all the times I have been there--which is about 8-10 times now--I have never encountered a disturbance. So summarizing...PROS: proximity to a lot, kitchen, food availability 24 hours. CONS: Tight underground parking, limited parking space which means figuring it out on your own (which is tough if you've never been there).I like the place, and I'll be back again after the first of the year

We enjoyed the layout of the room. Very spacious. The hotel and area was being remodeled - not pretty scenery. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend to any type of traveler. Quite a pleasant surprise.

The residence inn by marriot was nice, the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The resturant was not avaiable for room service so we walked down to the winking lizard. The room was very quiet. Needed some vacumming. Very close to the theatre district. Would stay again!

Very convenient location. Parking was very difficult.

Iwas surprised at how large the rooms were. Did not like having to do the shuffle using two different elevators. My room was surprisingly large, I still like I got more value here because it had a sofa, two TV's, a kitchen, and the bathroom was one of those with the vanity sink separated from the toilet/shower. But I really hated having to use two elevators to get to my room; it just seemed a bit silly.

the hotel was fantastic. It was close to everything and the rooms were huge. The parking was 16 dollars a day.

Staff is friendly, clean rooms , and location. Is being remodeled inside, but needs an outside face lift worse yet. Staff was great, room was a great experience, old TV, but worked. Inside of the building is being remodeled & nicely, the outside is a mess & so is 100 yards of either way from the motel then it shapes up nicely. Don't use the room phone for any calls going out!

Proximity to eatery's and entertainment. Maid service started at 8 am and persisted every hour. We were staying only one day, checking out at Noon. No do not disturb tag. Friendly service, and clean. I'll stay again.

Every room has a king bed, close to downtown amenities. No valet parking available, walk to room from the lobby was far!

I loved the location lots of restaurants and close to all of the sporting events. The fact that i had to pay extra for parking my car! I would recomend this hotel to friends. I found it to be very clean. Close to all the attractions cleveland has to offer.

Customer service was excellent. The room could use updating and some more furniture. The hotel was very nice and was right across the street from the Quicken Arena. The room was very large (two king beds and a pull-out sofa) but needed updated and could have used some additional furniture. The room was very clean and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Overall, a great stay.

Location and history. What a beautiful old hotel. With an old time arcade in the center of the hotel and its beautiful rooms. It has a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top and full kitchen service. Great Place!

Great quality, great value. No late night restaurant. The Residence Inn Cleveland Downtown is an excellent hotel at a reasonable rate. Being a leisure traveler with an older child, it perfectly matched our needs.

The staff were completely helpful and friendly. The downtown Cleveland Residence Inn is surrounded by downtown Cleveland's finest food and entertainment. It's close to wonderful restaurants and nightspots and just across from Quicken Loans Arena. Cross one more street and you've arrived at beautiful Jacobs Field. We slept comfortably, enjoyed a spacious suite and were treated like royalty by the staff. We are already planning our trip back to this hotel next year.
