The Residence Inn has a great location downtown. Walking distance to most everything. Great breakfast. Our two grandsons swam in heated indoor pool. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful. The pool was small. We loved this hotel! It was in a great location and the room was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast buffet was very good.

Stayed here two nights on business and then an additional two nights on pleasure. Stayed first on the fourth floor and then on the Consierge Level ~ both King Suites. Found both accomodations to be very nice ~ but the staff to be amazing. The front desk made our transition from one room to the next effortless! The maitre d' and wait staff went out of their way for me when I arrived close to closing time. (The food was delicious!)The free city shuttle stops right outside the door, runs every five minutes, and made a car completely unnecessary! Although we began our business as part of a convention ~ 1,000s of guests all with a question! ~ each and every staff member was professional, courteous and completely un-ruffled by our needs! Great, great property!

Residence Inn in Chattanooga is just 2 blocks from the waterfront, near the Aquarium and numerous new restaurants. Also, it's right across the street from the free Electric shuttle which runs all the way to the Choo Choo. For 2 day stay, I had a room with sofa and kitchen area, all well maintained and clean. Staff was hospitable. Free hot breakfast available in lobby, as well as free light dinner (burgers, potato salad, soda/beer, etc.) in the evening. I would definitely stay here again when back in Chattanooga. Didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, but the area looked clean and well-kept.

The location. Carpet needed replacing. The location was very good for visiting the downtown attractions. The parking was seven dollars a night. The rooms need updating.

Clean rooms with great access to attractions.. Great central location, great for seeing downtown and surrounding area attractions. There are several quality restaurants within short walking distance. The riverfront just minutes from the hotel lobby. The friendly staff, clean rooms and suites make this a great place to stay for a family trip.

Location and friendly staff. Roomhas a terrible noise from the elevators. Not people talking but a scraping noise that kept us awake. Great location and convenient to great downtown attractions. Roomwas noisy due to a problem with the elevators. Avoid rooms near the elevators on the first floor. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Great location. Clean room. Friendly staff. Parking cost $7/day. The hotel is situated in an ideal location in Downtown Chattanooga within walking distance of most major attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The staff helped us every step of the way and were especially helpful when we asked for directions to the local attractions. They had menus, walking and driving directions, and recommendations to every attraction we asked about. We even got a fireworks show outside our windows from ATT Field next door!

It was a clean, modern hotel and was located in a good spot. The staff did not seem to know how to do their job. Staff was polite, but clueless as to how unauthorized charges was added to my bill. The hotel is located in great area of downtown. It is very accessible to the Free Electric Shuttle and only a block from the main tourist area of downtown. The staff was friendly, but seemed to lack hotel management and operations experience.

Location and on site parking is great. Service is great. Furnishings a little worn, but clean and/or polished. My recent two night stay was excellent. Location is great with on-site parking and within walking distance to major attractions in the downtown area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. The hotel was clean and security was not an issue which is very important to me. I will certainly return to this hotel again.

It was Downtown where I wanted to be. A bit noisy - from the outside traffic. Very nice hotel room with plenty of space and a nice kitchen. I would go back on every visit.

Location is great and we stayed here before so we new what we were getting. The rate was almost double what we paid a year earlier for the same room even with your prices. Family friendly, convenient to area attractions. The staff is courteous and the free breakfast was a hit with the little kids.

Staff was extremely helpful with locations and free admission tickets. No smoking rooms. When I asked if we could check in about 7 hours early, they said, "no problem". When I asked about a good seafood restaurant in the area, they told me where, within walking distance and a 10% off coupon. When I asked about where the Zoo was, they printed out directions for me and gave me two free passes! I was beyond satisfied with this hotel! The complimentary hot breakfast bar was excellent! The hotel was very clean and the staff always said hello, as we passed them. I would most definitely recommend!

Closeness to everything. Not enough trash cans and there was 1 and it was very small. We had a great time at Residence Inn. It had a late check in time but it turned out ok we were able to go do and then come back to check in and swim. My Kids Loved It! We will be back!

The kitchen in room and cordial/friendly staff member. The bed was not that comfortable. We've slept on better mattresses in other hotels. The location was wonderful. David, at the front desk was very helpful. It was generally clean. The buffet was excellent and we had a great visit!
