Residence Inn has never let us down - this hotel was in a perfect location for us, the price was great, and you can't beat the free breakfast...staff was more than accomodating.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite for the same price as a one bedroom. It had a great view of the canal and was close to the downtown area with free parking. The suite was clean and had free wireless internet. I would highly recommend it.

Good price , convenience, compliment breakfast. Charge parking. It is good place to stay for BZ trip or family, butI do not think should charge parking fee. Staff is friendly.

Very nice staff. Fitness center a joke--very much out of repair. Pulley machine looks like it hasn't worked in a long time. Breakfast buffett very good.

This hotel is in a great location on the canal system of Indianapolis. It was so easy to walk to many different destinations or just to go on a leisurely evening stroll along the canal.The staff was very nice and very helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat!

complimentary barbecue in the evening and the front desk service was fantastic. hot tub did not work. great view of the canal, nice balcony on the waterfront.

Very clean, most staff were very friendly. We switched rooms after deciding to stay another night and the second room was much nicer than the first. If we had this room the whole week, it would have been awesome. When we decided to stay an extra night, I asked to extend our stay. They said that was possible but the rate was going to go up to *. I then booked a room through *** for for the rate we were currently being charged. Don't fall for the rate increase until you have checked out booking online for yourself.

Over the last few years my wife and I have sayed in many hotels. from Florida to Hawaii. And except for the Hawaii trip, this stay was the best room we have ever had. The location of the hotel on the canal is best, we ate breakfast and then took a nice walk on the canal. And Downtow Indy is right there within walking distance, as well as th zoo, and many other attractions. 2 thumbs up, 4 Stars

This hotel is located in a central location and it is very affordable. It was easy to access the city's center with restaurants, mall, movie theater, etc.

The room/suite was large, nicely arranged and well furnished. No criticisms at all. It is a very pleasant place to stay. Attractive interior and exterior, immaculate, friendly staff. The rooms were large, nicely furnished, immaculate - in short, very comfortable, a hotel where one would want to stay.

Beautiful place ,cool location with the river walk wish the patio was open ,but will be nice. The jets in the hot tub were not powerful, but maybe we did`NT turn it on right. Great.

Kitchenette, free breakfast. TV wasbad, no free parking as it was 1 year ago. Usually this hotel had free parking,I was told it was going to be 12 dollars but they gave you a 10 dollar voucher toward buca di peppo a restaurant, but since then they didn't do that anymore either. TV way old, could barely watch it.

The breakfast and the kitchen in the room. Would have preferred a king bed. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A few signs of wear in the room, but it was very clean.
