Will definitely stay here during our next trip to DC. Will make the trip a longer stay because the hotel met all of our needs for longer stay without adding to much to the cost of the vacation. Can plan to have a few meals in the room with the kitchen. Great location.

Large room, and friendly staff. Only valet parking, which was expensive.

The Residence Inn has a great location, walking distance to metro and many restaurants. Best deal on weekends in this area, especially since you have a suite with small kitchen. Staff is friendly and efficient. Full hot buffet breakfast included in room rate.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Bethesda, next to a metro stop and not far from NIH. Our room was very clean, and stylishly decorated. A separate bedroom from the living area made it easy to work and watch tv after the children were in bed. We loved the free breakfast buffet (great selection to choose from!), but paid through the nose for parking. My daughter was especially disappointed that the pool was outdoors (and therefore closed as it was out-of-season).

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were some things that needed to be repaired in the room. This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds were really comfortable. We had several people in our party but there was always hot water, which can be unusual for a hotel. The fridge needed a new seal around the door, one light switch cover was busted, there was some mildew in the caulking around the tub and the toilet was a little wobbly. These things needed to be repaired. The elevators were very slow. But even with all this I would stay there again.

The room was bigger than my first apartment with a bedroom, living room, desk (w/ free internet), and a kitchenette. Everything was well maintained. The location was extremely convenient in downtown Bethesda with numerous restaurants in walking distance, and the metro station was only a block. My wife and I had some minor touristy difficulty getting through the turnstiles at the metro, but some locals helped us out, and then the trip to the Smithsonian was quite short and simple. Oh, and the breakfast was very good, and we even got free fajitas and wine/beer on Thursday night. Highly recommended for visiting DC.

Great breakfast and very clean rooms, convenient to metro. Elevators were slow or broken, no working pool, slow internet. Great hotel. We would stay again.

Our stay at the Residence Inn in Bethesda, MD was very good. The suite was more than adequate. It was very quite and restful, and the location is excellent. There are many reaturants within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will be going back to the Washington area soon and plan to stay again at this Residence Inn. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in that area.

Convenient to Metro, easy access to DC, good breakfast and great to have kitchen. Elevators slow. I've stayed here before and was glad to be back. This time we needed a color copy and staff was helpful getting to a nearby Kinkos. Bethesda is nice on its own but mostly we went into DC. Loved the location of this hotel.

They had a very helpful staff. Nothing. It has been the best hotel we have stayed at on our trips to Bethesda, We willstay for future trips!

Easily access all of the D.C. Metro without having to be in the midst of it. Lots of weird bumping and thumping from the equipment. This hotel is well located. One can easily get to everything in the region since the hotel has easy access to the METRO. Having to use the Valet parking is problematic and resulted in some strange vehicle damage and the sudden appearance of a cigarette lighter in the vehicle. The room is fairly standard and mid-grade having no real outstanding features or qualities. Temperature control within the two rooms of the suite proved problematic with one side or the other being too hot or cold. The furniture was definitely not up to the standard that one might come to expect with Marriot hotel chains.

Amazing rooms. Curtains did not close so light did not come in and wake us up. Easy to use hotel. This place worked.

Large rooms; convenient to local restaurants; free breakfast Parking is extra; valet, so no easy access to car; scrambled eggs did not seem real You can get very large suites with kichen for a very attractive price. Probably, though, you can not get those for more than one day, which diminishes economic advantage, i.e. groceries, etc. Convenient walking distance to Bethesda multi-ethnic restaurants. Complementary breakfast is nice, but could be upscaled. Valet parking makes you feel a little car deprived vs. a suburban experience, where you might leave some items in the trunk, and you can come and go less obtrusively.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Expensive parking, unable to obtain non- smoking room.
