Convenience for parking, accessibility from the highway, comfort, attractiveness. I was very pleased with my stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and attractive.

The view of the snowcapped rockies. Nothing. Clean, quiet, spacious with view of mountains on second floor.

Our stay was wonderful and we'll definitely return when we come to CO. I was amazed by both the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff...not to mention the location is perfect!

Apartment-like room. Fully stocked kitchenette. Friendly staff. No comments. This had more of an extended stay, studio apartment feel! We had a very late check in, but the gentleman at the counter was full of energy and friendliness! The room was immaculate and I was impressed with the layout. Felt like home.

It was easy to find, I felt safe and comfortable there.

I stayed here in October and the hotel was nice. It is situated close to Park Meadows and I-25. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. The rooms are very spacious and offer everything you need away from home.

Fully outfitted kitchen! Nothing omitted! This is our new favorite place to stay in Denver! It is pet-friendly, but even without bringing our pet, we love this hotel. We were quite surprised at how nice it was in every aspect. The Happy Hour (we did not avail ourselves of it this trip) was a surprise as was the very large breakfast offering. We have certainly stayed in a lot of hotels, but haven't had a better experience than this stay.

Free internet in rooms. Lobby staff had to be corrected by manager a few times, untrained. The manager who happened to be there corrected his employee on, a wonderful experience. Very nice facilities (exercise room, pool, courtyard, etc), free internet in the rooms (all too rare these days), clean & comfortable room. A great value, highly recommended.

The city was chilly, but the hotel was warm, breakfast was hot, and the fitness center, while small, was well-equipped. They even had loaner basketballs for the half-court outside! There were a lot of restaurant options nearby, and easy access to the freeway. We stayed several nights and felt quite at home. Thanks!

Location and access. Very crowded suite, not enough room to relax. Age apparent, lacking luxury appointments. As a hotel I'd rate its condition and appointments as economy class.
Date of Stay:

Clean and very comfortable. No negatives, Hillside layout a little confusing. Had an enjoyable stay with no negatives. Close to many places to eat. Room clean, beds very comfortable, pool and hot tub area clean and comfortable as well. Definitely a place to return to.

This Residence Inn is clean, comfortable and centrally located. It''s close to I25 and to so many attractions in Denver. They welcomed my dog, which was wonderful for my business trip. They also include a fantastic manager's reception as well as a nice breakfast. There's an upscale steakhouse across the street, so I didn't even have to drive to have a great dinner. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone for a night or a longer!

The hotel was in a great location. The night staff was not very helpful or friendly. The night staff at the hotel was not very friendly or helpful. There was also no convenience on our floor, we had to go up a level and walk a very long hall to the front desk for drinks or anything we needed. The beds were very soft, a great nights sleep.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Clean, good bed and large room with a patio. No continential breakfast.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
It was conviently located near many restaurants and entertainment activites and the interstate. The breakfast was overvalued for what you received for 10.95, most hotels comp the breakfast this one charged for. Overall, this was a good hotel, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious with plenty of workspace, and a balcony that you could use to get some fresh air. The staff was friendly and helpful.

After complaining - the nice room, near the elevator. We've got a very loud room, directly on the highway, even we asked for a quiet one.

Clean & quiet; great bed.

Not much. Deadbolt did not work, no hair dryer, not up to standards. I was not happy with my stay. It was noisy in the hall. The walls seemed to permit too much noise. I felt it was a poor example of a Marriot property.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
good sized rooms big beds would like a mini fridge very clean nice rooms people at desk very friendly and helpful

It's a Marriott - consistency. No in room refrigerator. Marriott meets all expectations of business travelers for consistent performance and comfort.
