Very friendly staff and awesome breakfast. You will need a car if staying here. Great place to stay if on Business near Boston, it's about a 15-20 minute drive into downtown. But parking is free. The free full breakfast was one of the best I have had at a Marriott facility.

Breakfast was very good, staff friendly. Close to highway for noise, and heating system very noisy at night. A good hotel for a short stay but our room faced the highway and the heater was very noisy. Breakfast is great, staff is friendly, and overall a good hotel.

Room layout was convenient and very well-designed. Minor maintenance issues - closet door wouldn't close, toilet hard to flush. Very comfortable, extremely clean, with rooms/suites that are exceptionally well-designed (good lighting, convenient outlets to charge cell phone/blackberry and run laptop, layout and furnishings spacious and well-arranged, and the most comfortable bed I've encountered in many trips). Personnel extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. Instead of the usual vending machines, there is a fridge/freezer case near the front desk with microwaveable frozen entrees and snacks for quick meals in the room. Will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip.

Easy access to interstate. Old furniture, odor in kitchenette, thermostat problem. Under construction, therefore, some noise, dust and minor inconvenience. The breakfast bar was outstanding. The breakfast bar host was great!

They had an excellent breakfast buffet that was included with the price of the room. Although it was smoke free our room still reeked of cigarette smoke. Repairs to lobby area and pool detracted from our stay. Repairs being done to lobby and pool made a bad first impression. Hotel was right up against a busy highway. The room furnishing need to be cleaned and updated because although it is smoke free our room still smelled like stale cigarettes. This hotel is definitely not a 3 star. The best thing about our experience was the extensive breakfast buffet.

The hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. Great hotel. Currently in renovation for the pool area and we were on the same floor as the construction, but we did not hear any of the workers until we left our room and walked by the lobby - it was great!

Breakfast buffet, appetizers in evening. Not up to date, small room. This was a nice hotel. It seems that many people use the for extended stay. For example, college students using it as a dormatory. That was a bit of a turn off. On the flip side, the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly. The room was smaller than other residence inns. Overall I was pleased with the hotel, but it was a little bit less than what I expected having stayed at some other Residence Inns (the room was a little bit smaller). The staff was very good and the breakfast buffet was one of the best free breakfasts out there. I stayed on the weekend so didn't get to see how their afternoon food (Monday-Thursday) was. The location nearby was under construction and the hotel was not visible from the main roads.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, good location and decent rooms. Hallway smells and noise from highway. Generally a good hotel for our short stay in Dedham. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and well equiped but the hallway smelled like cooking and the noise from the highway was loud. I would return for a short stay.

Spacious rooms, 2 TVs great breakfast. Clean, close to major road, large rooms, nice staff. Comp breakfast was fresh and hot, facility was in good shape.

Fully equipped kitchen facilities. Complimentary breakfast was cut-rate. Highway noise was a distraction and air handling unit was loud, but otherwise a comfortable, well-equipped room. They accommodated an early check-in and front desk staff was very pleasant.

Breakfast and evening appetizers; large suite. No king beds; original room next to noisy boiler room. A very roomy and comfortable suite, once they moved us from a location where the bed was adjacent to a very noisy loud buzzing boiler room. I can't believe they would ever attempt to put someone else in that room. The new room had some outside road construction noise until midnight. The staff was very friendly.

Friendly staff, and a nice pool. The AC unit was very loud and woke me up each time it started up during the night. I liked the stay at this hotel a lot. There was plenty of parking that were well lit at night. The bed was very comfortable and I really appreciated that there was a sofa to sit in and relax when I got there instead of just a bed.
