toilet was broken, no maid service on Sunday, a bad atitude by staff.

Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood. Not safe, the car next to us was broken into during the night. An adult room would mean a king size bed or 2 double beds. This room only had one queen size bed. Luckily, the kids did not mind sleeping on the fold out couch, but I certainly do not think that qualifies as a comfortable bed.

This hotel was very conveniently located and the small kitchenette worked well. Free Internet access was fast and efficient. Free breakfast was tasty and convenient. I will book this motel again.

Wonderful room and breakfast was great! Confusion in finding the hotel. This hotel was very nice, room was wonderful, breakfast was great and staff responded to our request in a quick manner.

The hotel had roaches. I'm a frequent traveler for business and pleasure and this is the first trip I've ever been on where my room had roaches.

The staff was great. I liked having kitchenette. No cover from building to building. I stayed in a different building from the main lobby. There is quite a walk from the parking lot to the building and there is no cover. When I was there we had rain, so I got wet taking my luggage from room to vehicle.

Comfort and cheap. Asked for extra pillow, but it was out of pillow. Good location if you want to stay in Dallas for long period. Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is extremely big; if you are in a group of 5 to 7 people (who doesn't mind sleeping in a sleeping bed, this is absolutely a great place to stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to my grandson. The pool area was not open and it was outdoor vs. indoor as I recall the description of the property to be. My grandson was disappointed. In short, the stay met my expectations. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, we didn't even run out of towels. It was easy to access the rooms and facilities and the staff did their best to make up for the lack of a swimming pool by providing my grandson with a basketball to play with. I will stay there again if I have to return to Dallas area.

It was a great location and the staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was nice and so was the bed. What else do you need. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

The room was spacious, clean with convenient parking. The refrigerator breaker was tripped and the trash under the sink was left from previous guest. The overall stay was fine.

The room was very spacious and very well kept. It was so quiet, we didn't even know anyone else was in the hotel. No place to set a suitcase and open it up. I highly recommend the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and well kept. The area around the hotel was quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much. When we go back to the area, we will definitely consider the Residence Inn in Dallas.

location, cleanliness, full sized refridgerator, microwave, hot breakfast included, great exercise room no soap in the room--only shampoo. No fan in the exercise room. This was a great hotel. Everything was extremely clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great pillows!!!! Hot breakfast is served every morning--complimentary--which included eggs, hashbrowns, make it yourself waffles and the usual contiental breakfast foods as well. The location is great; very nice part of town--safe, quiet, but still near major roads/highways. There was a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, silverware all in a little kitchenette. Great place to stay!!

It was great! Very clean and within my price range! The location, thank goodness I knew the area otherwise it would have been hard to find. The hotel was great! The price was awesome! I loved staying there.
