Hotel Employees were extremely friendly. Room was just like being home- room doesnt look like a "normal" hotel room. It was beautiful- so clean. LOVED having a kitchen. Free breakfast every morning was awesome- everything you could think of and it tasted great too! Also the hotel has a little market so if you want to cook or grab a few drinks and you dont want to drive to the store- just go up to the lobby! Also hotel is real close to the Los Alamitos Horse Track- we had fun there, and won some money too!

The Residence Inn by Marriott in Cypress, Ca. is comfortable, clean, family friendly, and located in a perfect spot. The bed was so comfortable it felt like I was in my own bed at home. I liked the convience of the kitchen yet there where plenty of restaurants close by.

Great breakfast. Room was a 1 bedroom. There was a TV in bedroom and living room area which was great. Kitchen area with everything you needed to cook a simple meal, if you needed to. Very homey and comfortable.

Pool was not warm enough and knots berry farm was further than mentioned. Was very comfortable and had privacy in our 1 bedroom and we also had everything we needed in the suite great place to stay.

Very friendly staff. The room decor was very nice and the room exceeded my expectations overall. This is a nice hotel to stay in if you do not want to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Buena Park. Its located less than 10 minutes from the beach and less than 10 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the accommodations were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The friendly staff was terrific. The room was perfect, and the public areas were very comfortable and attractive. We especially appreciated how we were greeted and made to feel so welcome, by the gentleman at the front desk and other staff. We will go out of our way to return to this particular hotel.

Loved the suit, seperated bed with living room area. Full refrigerator. Loved the Kitchen with all apliances available. Excellent! Pool is outside, weather was not nice enought to use outdoor pool. The hotel was perfect for vacationing with family. Suites allow you to feel very comfortable with a separated bedroom and bathroom, its own living room/kitchen with all appliances included. Very clean rooms and areas. Complimentary breakfast was absolutely wonderful (Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee and all juices), with nice eating area. Very family friendly. Excellent nice staff. Wonderful experience. Will definitely stay again if in area or look for similar hotels to stay in.

The staff was helpful and very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel were very courteous and quick in checking us in. When we called in a couple of request, it was taken care of immediately with no delay. The room was clean and the full kitchen was a big plus when traveling with kids. I would definitely stay here and recommend it to everyone.

Provided complimentary hot breakfast and a complimentary light dinner as well as alcoholic drinks (beer and wine.) Alittle too far from Disneyland. Over all excellent. For a family or business person. Very friendly staff.

I am familiar with Residence Inn and enjoy staying at them. I like the apartment feel. The Residence Inn was as I expected, very nice and clean. I was, however unhappy with the attitude of the hotel clerk. I felt that we not offered the information about breakfast. We have stayed in Residence Inns many times before and have never been given an attitude before.

Lovely, stylish decor and very comfortable. Location was not as convenient as other choices. We were very pleased with the accommodations. We didn't use the kitchenette but the main room was stylishly decorated and the bedroom was clean and comfortable.

Clean comfortable room - decent breakfast. Was under renovation, pool closed, debris in hallways. Would stay again, just wish we had known the pool was closed.
