The hot tub was extremely dirty. There were particles floating in the water. The room was great. I loved the kitchen area and the living space. I usually dislike all hotel pillows but these were very nice.

Big room andgood location. The bedding was older. This hotel was very close to downtown and the hotel staff was friendly. We were very pleased with the hotel, but new bedding would have been nice. Very clean and good deal on Priceline!

The staff was excellent (very friendly and helpful). Bed was a little soft. Staff was very helpful, rooms tastefully decorated. Staff allowed for late check out so we could use the workout facilities prior to leaving.

Everything about my stay at this hotel was great. The sleeper sofa mattress. The hotel was very nice. The staff were probably the best hotel staff I have encountered. They were very helpful and always willing to do a little extra to make us feel welcome. The room was large and roomy and clean. The bathroom which I am picky about was very clean. The only negative was the sleeper sofa mattress, it was clean, but had a sagging spot in the middle. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great. The only thing I can say about the hotel. The Shuttle driver never showed up to pick me up. The room and meals where excellent. I enjoyed staying here. This was a better hotel then the downtown luxury hotel I stayed at two other times.

Convenient location to new developments & downtown without being charged downtown prices. Trains. We really enjoyed our stay. We have not been in Ft. Worth for a few years, so it was exciting to see all of the new development on 7th street. It really was convenient location for everything we wanted. We were fearful of the trains, but it was never an issue at night. Room was clean and nice lay out. The only concern was a lack of easy access to highways, but that may be what separates or distinguishes this beautiful neighborhood location.

That my children were not with us! Really hoped for something in the middle of downtown so we could go out and not have to worry about driving but the hotel provided a shuttle service. Excellent staff, very accommodating and professional.

Breakfast, pool, basketball court, spa, room. Location next to park, kind of scary area, but good fences around hotel.
