Hotel was clean; however room was dated and matress was bowed from over use. The staff was very nice and freindly.

Everything was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms very neat and clean and the free breakfast was fabulous. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location close to downtown, staff excellent - helpful and friendly. There were two cockroaches in the room - this happens in the south, I know, but not pleasant. Not the same calibur of other Residence Inns I have stayed at.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
Lots of room. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable, air system was very loud. OK for what it is (long term temporary use). For a single night stay it was not as nice as some of the other 3 star hotels that I have stayed at.

Staff ws very friendly, room was modern and clean. Best touch was the feather pillows and comforter on the bed, instead of the usual dirty bedspread. Bathroom clean and kitchenette was very nice.

Clean hot tub, free breakfast, very convenient, and friendly. The bed sank down in the middle - we had to move to another bed. Very friendly staff, they alloted us without being asked to a wonderful room with a loft. The room had everything we needed, the breakfast was very tasty and had something for everyone - health food or sausage gravy with biscuits, etc. The hot tub was in a very nice setting outdoors (no indoor pool so it was closed for the season).

Clean, comfortable, quietandprivate. The kitchen and fireplace was a wonderful plus! Clean, comfortable, quiet and private. The kitchen and fireplace are a wonderful plus! There are tennis and basketball courts. Also a swimming pool, putting green, exercise room and laundry facilities available. This is a really nice place to stay for an extended period of time.

Beautiful suite and friendly and genuine staff. Bed was uncomfortable for 1 of us. Hotel is frequented by business residents during the week and leisure travelers on the weekend. Rooms are suites with full kitchens and ours had a fireplace. Breakfast is great with a wide variety of hot and cold choices. Coffee is great all day! Staff is helpful and genuine. Would stay here again. Locations is private but just a few miles from downtown.

Very friendly, very clean & comfortable. We like to stay in a clean, friendly, safe hotel but have limited funds to spend. This was by far better than a one star hotel that we would have stayed in. I love the full kitchen which helps us save even more since I can cook. The front desk was very friendly and it is a pleasure to stay here. We have stayed here in the past and plan to stay here in the future.

Good accommodations and the staff was above average in service and friendliness. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Quiet residential area, 3 miles from downtown.

Spacious room andhas a fireplace. Noise. This is a nice hotel. It looks like an apartment complex that was transformed into a hotel. The room was very large with a kitchen and a fireplace. The bed seemed very comfortable when we laid down to go to sleep but we were not feeling that way the next morning. We slept poorly because there was a party out in the courtyard area that went on until about 2 am. Apparently there is a problem with parties at this location because when I checked in I had to sign an agreement not to have a party and that if I did I would be fined for any damage and thrown out. At the time I thought it was odd but at midnight I understood. Apparently they do not enforce the throwing out policy when the other guests are trying to sleep. When we mentioned it at the front desk, the following morning they apologized but seemed not to know anything about the party that had been going on. I don't know how. We stayed on a weekend, so if you are looking to stay there on a weeknight I would imagine it would be okay.

Very clean. No complaints. Nice accommodations, very clean and comfortable with friendly service. Complimentary breadfast was much better than the breakfast served at most hotels.

Size of the rooms. Comfortable, great service, good amenities.

The room was clean and had alot of space. This was a nice hotel to stay in for a night. The room was spacious and well appointed. Its always nice to have a refrigetor in the room.

I liked the kitchen and office desk feature. The hotel is out of date and due for renovations. The staff was very friendly which made my stay more pleasant. The fact that the hotel's location is not visible from the main road is a disadvantage. In future would suggest design and location be the top two focuses.

More of an apartment - comfortable. I was satisfied. Apartment type hotel. Comfortable.

Kitchen. NA. I would not recommend this hotel. They have a $50 fee for pets, fail to meet minimum cleanliness requirements and failed to respond to several requests for emergency cleanup.
Date of Stay:

The hotel room is clean and provides spacious room and wonderful breakfast.

Full kitchen with dinner/silverware; complimentary breakfast. Nothing comes to mind. Great hotel and location. Staff was extra friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Express check in/out was a breeze. I would stay again!

Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Exterior room access.
