It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the full course breakfast buffet. Nothing. As I said before, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and informative. I would recommend the Residence Inn at Blue Ash to all of my friends and family. We liked the breakfast buffet. Also liked that the inn was close to the expressway. It was easy to find.

Invited me to a free BBQ Chicken Social dinner. Pool is outdoors only. Pool is closed in winter. Very nice, it had a kitchen in the room, A fireplace, and was very clean.

My room was very clean as was the lobby. I enjoyed the space provided in my studio style room, it felt homier. The kitchenette was a plus. The receptionist not rude nor friendly. Room in back forty. I enjoyed a clean, spacious room with a large kitchenette. Just off I275, it was convenient to a variety of attractions. Even thoughit was like in the back forty, the quality of the facility, room and excellent breakfast was very good.

The AM meal was very good. The deadbolts did not work in 2 of the rooms. The bed was not the most comfortable. The deadbolts did not work in 2 of the room and the front lady was hesitant to put us in a different room when brought up the fact that the second room's locking mechanism did not work. It was motel style with doors opening to the outside and we did not feel overtly safe. We honestly considered going to a Hyatt next door.

We had a downstairs unit, so we could hear the person (s) above us. This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Despite the problem of being able to hear the person (s) upstairs we would definitely stay here again. We would just request an upstairs unit.

It was excellent for the price, accommodations and free breakfast. The location was a little distant and out of the way of our target. The living quarters, staff, cleanliness, and general atmosphere was very condusive to our style of travel to Cincinnati. We will stay here with extended rooms when we gather as family reunion, too. The rooms are great for babies, families, and couples. It is our favorite hotel in Cincinnati so far!
