Location/convenience. Beds are very hard. Went for a Reds game. Easy access to major interstates for a quick trip downtown. Room is very good size.

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Toilet overflowed when flushed and had to change rooms. The room was very spacious and neat. Unfortunately, we got in late at night and noted the toilet was turned off. When we tried to flush the toilet in the morning, it overflowed. We were moved to another room for the night. The breakfast buffet was a great value and filled us up! The staff was generally friendly and helpful.

Level entry area - no steps. Every convenience for a stay of multi days. Would definitely choose Residence Inn on a business trip of a week or so. Very quiet location.

Breakfast and general cleanliness. It is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are large and have kitchenettes with refrigerator, microwave, range and tableware. Very clean. Good breakfast. Great patio and pool. An excellent facility and great value.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was decent. The hotel seemed very out dated. Rooms need to be updated. The hotel staff was very informational and friendly. Upon checking in, the clerk told us of their parking while your were away on your flight options. This saved us a ton of money. The rooms were adequate. They could use some updating.

The free hot buffet breakfast was exceptional, the fully equipped kitchen, and the extra helpful staff. Had a far walk through two parking lots to get to our room, the bed was OK but compared to other hotels, it was not as comfortable, & poor location. The hotel offered guests a really nice hot breakfast every morning and had welcoming events in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen made longer stays less expensive. A car is needed as there are no real stores or restaurants nearby. Also we had to lug our suitcases through two parking areas and in and out of an adjoining building to get to our room and again when we left. And compared with the comfy pillow top beds in other hotels, this one was hard and the blankets were thin and worn. Although the hotel staff was excellent and gave more blankets etc, the hotel doesn't compete well in that area with what others are now offering for sleep comfort.

The room was clean, had a kitchen. Staff didn't greet us on arrival and didn't mention breakfast that was included, hours, etc. This is business traveler's hotel located about 2 miles from the airport. It has free shuttle service, free breakfast buffet, and is a residence hotel with kitchen included.

Rooms are large; lobby/breakfast area large; has computer available for use. I can't think of anything I disliked. Typical Residence Inn property. Rooms are large with living room area and kitchenette. All areas very clean; staff was very helpful.
