The only bad thing is that a giant ant crawled out of the drain into the bathroom sink. Not sure what the hotel can do about that. The breakfast was great, the staff was great, the price was great, the location to the train and the shuttle availability was great. We were travelling with 3 teens and a baby...plenty of room for a roll away and a crib in addition to the queen bed and hide a bed sofa. Like that the bathroom is divided into two parts so one person can shower while someone else used the mirror. Really close to target and starbucks too...BONUS!!!

My room did not have a TV, so the front desk switched my room within a minute. Very nice staff. Room in good location.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our plane arrived before the regular check in the staff had a room ready and allowed us to check in early. The complimentary breakfast and evening meals had a great selection and were very good and filling. More than I expected. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. There are a few places to eat nearby in case you want to eat out. The complimentary shuttle was great. We rode the shuttle back and forth to the airport then hopped on the L-train to take us into the downtown area. Overall it was a great experience and I will stay here again the next time I come to Chicago.

The room we had was very nice, and much nicer than I expected for the price I paid. There was a full kitchen including refridgerator (full size), stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen was also fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and plates. There is no indoor pool which would be a plus in Indiana. They offer free shuttle service to O'Hare which was WONDERFUL!!!! Our fire alarm went off during the night of our stay. The staff was immediately on the scene telling us what to do. Turned out someone broke the sprinkler on the floor above us which flooded the halls and water was running down our wall. They offered to move us to another room, but we were leaving that morning anyway. They gave us a certificate for a free stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

the hotel was very close to the airport. the best area to stay in if you don't like too deal with the traffic and parking in downtown chicago.

Spacious rooms with a mini kitchen. Free airport shuttle. Location, (Shouldn't be a problem if you have your own means of transportation). We stayed at the hotel for only a night. Surprised on find on arrival that the hotel has free dinner for guests on weekdays, along with free breakfast everyday. Parking is free too. Free internet both in rooms and in the lobby. Free shuttle to the airport. Spacious rooms, with decently equipped kitchen. All things considered a steal at Priceline rates.

Free shuttle from airport is GREAT - unless you have to wait an hour and then have them claim it's been running - clearly somebody was on break and not making pick ups so we stood for 58 minutes.

Spacious, great amenities, and excellent service. Linens weren't great, and fitted sheet wouldn't stay in place. Lovely spaces the courtyard was especially nice. Our air conditioner was broken, but they fixed it immediately. The kitchen was well-stocked. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Free, close parking is a big plus for Rosemont, too. The hotel offered a free shuttle to our event, even though they weren't a convention hotel, that was unexpected, and very nice. The linens were not great, and the fitted sheet would not stay in place. There was no dresser or suitcase rack, but closet space was generous.

Great hotel for the money! The breakfast buffet was excellent! The pool is an outdoor pool which makes it useless 9 months out of the year in Chicago.

Spacious rooms with Kitchenette. Very Clean and close to highway to downtown. Airport noise. This hotel is very ideal because of its proximity to the airport (which is also a minus due to the noise level of the airplanes) but can get to expressway to downtown quickly. Rooms are fantastic with kitchenette and dining set for 2 if you want to stay in and heat up or cook something purchased from stores across the street. Very convenient.

Great rooms, comfortable beds, GREAT breakfast. Majority of staff barely spoke English. Great hotel with clean spacious rooms and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Only dislike I had was that a majority of the staff that I encountered at the hotel barely spoke English.

Great location and friendly staff. Only con was the bed was too firm for my preference. Spacey, clean rooms! Equipped with everything one needs for an extended stay. Would recommend!

It was clean. It was far away from public transportation. It was great and I'd stay here again. I LOVE priceline!

This hotel was very nice, the full kitchen was great to have. There was only an outdoor pool, and in Chicago where is snows in April it would be better to have an indoor pool. This hotel was very nice, but in my opinion it is not as nice as most other 3 star hotels I've stayed at, this is really more like a 2.5 star. Also I don't understand having an outdoor pool in Chicago. It would get a lot more use to have an indoor pool so it could be used year around instead of 3 months out of the year.

The suite had lots of space: it felt like a large studio apartment! I really liked the setup of the suite. I sat on the couch and did some work while half watching TV. There was enough space that at least three people could have comfortably shared the suite. It worked out great. I was on the first floor and it was really quiet.

Complimentary breakfastand dinner! No indoor pool. Residence Inn comes with nice little features to make any stay more comfortable and affordable. They serve complimentary breakfasts, as well as complimentary dinners Monday - Thursday. For longer stays, the suite is equipped with a kitchenette. They even welcome their guests with a bag of microwave popcorn for late night snacking. The staff was attentive and very friendly.
