the residece inn by marriott chicago in derfield was asomeveryting in the kitches was working , the room was very comfortable, the bed was so comforttable.the location was very good ,there was good acses to stores and restaurants . i will stay there in a hart beat... love the hotel..

Very friendly staff and very willing to see to our comfort. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. They had a reception with food every evening and a very lovely hot breakfast in the morning. I still would stay, but would bring my own pillow, as I have a neck problem.

Apathetic Front Desk Staff (housekeeping staff friendly). Bugs in rooms (mosquitoes, flies, rolly-polly things, centipedes, and spiders). No followthrough or correction.

Marriott property which lived up to Marriott standards. Nothing stands out that was a problem. Good for business travel, would recommend to anyone.

The rooms were big and the breakfast was wonderful. I had a hard time finding it even with map quest directions. I had to call twice. Once I finally found the hidden hotel it was nice. The room was nice and roomy. The only thing I didn't like was the smoking room. It sunk.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Noisy late arriving guests. Wonderful facility with a great breakfast. There is too little insulation in walls and floors. Late arriving guests (1:30 am) were very noisy and management did not come to quiet them even after a phone call to the front desk. This is probably a nice facility for weekday business travelers. I won't stay here again on a weekend.

A full breakfast every morning. Comfortable. Left a coat in the room. Said they would send it. Nothing. I personally did not stay at the hotel. I got the hotel for my children who came in from out of town. I am relaying what they told me.

Amenities were great. Staff could have been friendlier at check-in/out Perfect place for extended stay or those who want the feel of an apartment versus a hotel. Close to shopping, restaurants and businesses.

This hotel's ammenities (pool, breakfast, dinner, kitchen) were an unexpected surprise. The location is slightly off the beaten path...however, restuarants and shopping are not too far from the property. The staff and ammenities at the Deerfield Residence Inn were wonderful. The room was clean. The grounds were well maintained. And the price was very reasonable.

very clean and friendly staff outdoor pool, although it was very nice This was an older Residence inn however, very well kept both inside and out. Although the pool was an outdoor one it was very warm and the sport court was great. The evening "snack" and breakfast in the morning was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room and amenities were excellent with an excellent breakfast. The some of the staff was less than friendly particulary the front desk. The hotel was located in an out of the way location but was quiet. The rooms were in excellent condition with excellent amenities. The breakfast and other services were very good.

Clean, well located and a fair price. Clean and well kept describes this comfortable Residence Inn located in Deerfield. The room smelled fresh and did not have that "masked over" smell some so called non-smoking rooms have. Breakfast bar was well stocked and was just what we needed to start our day. It was a pleasant enough stay that I would recommend this hotel to close friends and family.
