We do alot of traveling and this was by far the very best hotel we have ever stayed in. We are making this one our regular forever. Spotless, great location, great breakfast selection, plenty of towels, hot water, etc. We could not have asked for a more perfect place and will make this our regular, not only in this city but in others!

It was clean, and the hotel room was pretty nice. Undergoing renovation, far from downtown Chicago. The hotel had clean, well-furnished, and spacious suites available; the staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel featured a swimming pool, an exercise room, and an outdoor basketball court. The only drawback was that the location lacked public transportation facilities, thus making downtown Chicago inaccessible without a car/taxi. Overall, an excellent hotel, I would gladly stay there again.

The Resident Inn was a great hotel for the price. The suite was very comfortable and liked the fact that it had a kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was not totally satisfied with the maid service. We were still in bed when they knocked on the door and did not say that they were the maid service. My daughter was on the sofa bed and was somewhat embarrassed. That was probably the only aspect that I would say was not satisfactory. Otherwise, I really liked the hotel. The location is perfect. There is a mall right behind the hotel and also a lot of restaurants.

Loved the convenience of the full kitchen. The staff took the breakfast food away promptly at 10:00 and we weren't finished.

The location and quality were great. We didn't like the noise of a generator outside the motel. Liked the hotel, clean, friendly & convenient. Plan to stay there again.

Alot of space in the room and excellent breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was much more than I expected. Most hotels don't have hot meals, this one did. There was only 1 double bed in the bedroom, which we are used to sleeping on a queen or king. The carpet was wet by the bathroom, we did not complain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom could have been larger. This hotel was geared more to people staying a week or more, not just two days. I did like the full refrigerator to keep things cold, especially my husbands insulin. It was a pleasant stay for the time we were at the hotel.

Great room for a great price. Technical difficulties. The hotel's credit card machine wasn't working properly when I checked in (and I still think a $250 deposit is extremely steep), claiming I didn't have enough on my credit card, even though I had checked it before I left and knew I had over $700 available. The side door did not work with my room key card and never did during my whole stay, despite the staff claiming they were aware of the problem. My room door also would not open and I had to require assistance. The staff was quick to offer help, but for a hotel of this quality, I would have expected things like doors to work. The room, however, was fabulous, far above what I expected. I'm sorry I wasn't staying longer. The hot breakfast was excellent and although the public computer was somewhat slow, it was nice to have that option also (for this non-laptop traveler).

Just a great overall hotel, especially for the price! No bad comments at all! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and clean smelling. Bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Overall, everything was excellent! I cannot say enough well!
