The rooms were nice and roomy. The hotel staff. My stay was terrible. The hotel staff mistakenly registered me and another party to room 223. Instead of correcting the error the front desk employee decided to attempt to break into our room with the help of two men also staying at the hotel. My wife, 7 months pregnant, and I were sleeping in the other room when I noticed the noise, went to investigate and found these two men and a woman attempting to break in. The woman worked at the front desk and informed us that we did not belong in the room and threatened to call the police! After convincing her that we did in fact register with the front desk and had valid room keys, we requested her to leave and demanded to speak with the manager in the morning. The management decided to 'comp' our stay. I will never stay at this hotel again as their staff is completely incompetent in the treatment of their guests in the face of their own mistake.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was a bit mundane. All in this entire hotel was fine. The room was very clean and the staff personnel were friendly and helpful.

The suites had doors to the bedrooms. The pool was freezing! Great hotel for families or business travelers. Near a lot of shopping (walking distance) and good chain restaurants. Had a very nice pool and exercise complex but the pool was too cold. Would stay here again and probably will.
