The Residence Inn by Marriott Charleston West Virginia, located within a short driving distance from downtown Charleston, is approximately four miles from Charleston Airport. Local attractions include Charleston Civic Center, Clay Center for the Arts, and Charleston Town Center Mall. In addition, the University of Charleston, St Francis Hospital, Charleston Area Medical Center CAMC, and the state capital complex are all within a short driving distance. Hotel amenities include complimentary breakfast, evening socials, and fitness center. Rooms feature air conditioning, alarm clocks, coffeemakers, irons, and cable/satellite TVs.

All Residence Inns by Marriott in the USA and Canada have a smoke-free policy that applies to guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, public space and associate work areas. To accommodate the needs of smoking guests, hotels will have designated smoking areas outside of the property. Rates are based on double occupancy.
