Nice rooms with lots of amenities. Horrible staff, nickle and dimmed to death once you get there. Pay $20/day parking, pay for local phone calls, $3 for a soda from their store. I will never go back to this hotel. Although the rooms were nice, the service was extremely poor. The front desk clerks were dismissive and inattentive (as well as a bit rude). The service was low class. Parking $20/day in an area that you don't want to leave your car out on the street, charges for local phone calls, $3 for a soda from their store. Save your money and go to a different hotel in Sacramento any other hotel.

This hotel isn't open yet, went for a site tour and it's show rooms are beautiful. Sales staff was very friendly. Great location to restaurants and the Capitol. Can't wait for it to open this May.

This is a best kept secret. It's surrounded in downtown Sacramento by $200/night hotels and this one at this price beats them all by a mile. Spacious, super contemporary, full function kitchen, two room apt with a LCD flat panel TV in each room for 1/2 the price of a hotel room. And the rest of the hotel is smartly decorated as well. And breakfast was fantastic; full breakfast, not a half hearted continental breakfast.

Very quiet, comfortable andenjoyed the studio. Paying 17$ a day for parking. The hotel was wonderful, a little surprised that I had to pay 17$ a day for parking when the max for others was 10. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Great location; fabulous staff, friendly and helpful; clean, attractive room; great bed; free internet in the lobby; good breakfast. Great value for price. You can pay more for more extras at other places but, honestly, what more could you need or want?

Comfort, extravagant, all amenities, bonus things and awesome. Nothing.

My family stayed here while my father had surgery at Sutter Memorial. The staff, room and hotel was excellent. We all wished we could have stayed here under better circumstances. The only problem we had was that the elevator was broken in the parking garage, however, after the first day we were told we could park in any available spot (previously we were told hotel guests had to park in rows 5 on. Service and our rooms were impeccable.

Excellent staff and very nice room. Parking is inconvenient. Hotel is highly recommended. Staff was very professional and curious. Parking isn't very convenient, but stay was enjoyable nonetheless.

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the suite was one of the best that I've ever stayed in. They featured granite counters, modern decor, a full kitchen, and most important to me, everything was extremely clean. I will absolutely stay there again. Loved it!!

Hotel and rooms were beautiful. The hotel is located in downtown Sacramento with great spacious rooms and a very friendly staff.

Parking was expensive. The hotel is brand new and stunningly well decorated. Our room had two HD flat screen TV's, granite counter tops, almost a full size kitchen (well decorated).

Parking was easy. Not able to accommodate a couple with 4 children. The TV was old, the beds were old. They didn't have roll away beds so my husband had to go out to target at 10 pm to buy an air bed for two of our children to sleep on.

Room decor. Entrance area/parking was confusing. Wonderful location. Breakfast area very inviting and clean. Staff was very helpful. Entrance/parking was confusing. Hotel not well identified.
