This hotel was OK. I don't know how the free breakfast was, as I had to leave by 6:30-6:45 every day and it was never ready that early. It was VERY overpriced for the room I stayed in, and I will use another hotel the next time I go to Norwood.

When we arrived at the hotel they did not give us the room(s) we had paid for. We had a reservation for a suite with two bedrooms. They gave us one bedroom. Besides our son had stopped in before we got there and paid for the room. We informed him that the room was prepaid to an online travel website when we made the reservation . He went to the desk and after a long time they gave us another room that honored the reservation and refunded his payment. They were not very cooperative with him and we were suppose to have dinner at his house but because it took so much time for the problem to be resolved we ate out at Applebees. Not a good way to start a vacationl.

Residence Inn was wonderful and made for a very relaxing weekend. We had a reservation for one night and loved it so much we extended it to two nights. Very clean, bright, modern, kitchen was so convenient -- coffee or tea at any hour! Microwave helped me stay on my Jenny Craig food plan too! Bed was super comfortable. Love this hotel! Will definitely return.

I forgot my Rolex watch in the hotel and they retutned it to me. It was my kind of them.also, the room was very clean and big. It was a little bit far from Boston down town though.

Suite had small kitchen. Road it was on only let you turn out one direction. Pretty nice. Extensive free breakfast but all institutional food service style. Nice big room with kitchen and living area would make it nice for long term stay. Free wireless.

Clean, complimentary breakfast. In someway, it is like Hyatt Place. No sound proof, people slamming the door can wake you up. I had a terrible experience in terms of sleeping at this hotel. First night, I don't know why (later I figured it is the design of the wall is not sound proof) a lot of noise outside. Second night, a couple of black people kept knocking the door impatiently. They said they were locked out. Overall, my sleep was ruined.

Wonderful staff, spacious, clean room, and great breakfast! The water in the hot tub was actually too hot for my comfort. The Residence Inn at Nor wood exceeded our expectations! The staff was extremely helpful, from the time I called in (before arriving) to ask if we could check in early, to the moment we checked out. The rooms were clean, spacious (full kitchen, practically!), and comfortable. The amenities were great (pool, hot tub, exercise area, free computer in eating area), and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! We would definitely come back, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

General Manage was extremely friendly and helpful. We were thrilled with the price and the quality of this hotel. Breakfast was included. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. We'll use priceline again for sure.

It was convenient. Noisey! We could hear every footstep of the folks above us. Nice and new facility, convenient location but ask for the top floor! Consideration of solid construction obviously lost out to cost.

The pool was nice the location was great close to major routes and mass transit. Found a used towel hanging in the bathroom when we checked-in. The staff was generally unfriendly, and didn't even apologize about the towel. If you want a moderately nice hotel thats good for a night but isn't big on hospitality this is it.

The staff was very accommodating and always pleasant. Nothing. The size of the rooms were a plus and it was very quiet in the evening. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast in the morning was good. The pool and outdoor basketball court was very clean and provided the kids with something to do. This was a great stay.

Marriott Residence Inn was a very clean, comfortable hotel with the amenities. Excellent hotel for business travelers or for the whole family. Comfortable bedroom suites with a full kitchen and room to spare. Very nice lobby area with nicely maintained landscaping around the property.
