While the entrance was hard to find (off a service road), the staff was wonderful staying on the phone with us until we came to the entrance. The location was on a hill which made it both pleasant and quiet. I found it to be very relaxing and exceptionally clean. The only draw back was there was a fragrance that was released to freshen the room when the cooling system came on. (Not the best thing for allergies)

Room size was/is fantastic and great room overall. Limited parking near room itself.

The room and whole experience was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean with lots of little ammenities. Getting online with my laptop was effortless, a real comfort since I'm not technologically inclined. The bed was comfortable with seemingly endless pillows. The first night package with popcorn, coffee for brewing was nice... plus a microwave with a 'popcorn' setting - how easy can it get? Everything about the kitchen was perfect. Oh, and did I mention the working fireplace (which we didn't use)? Everything was great including the staff, who we had to inconvenience a couple times to let us in our room. The only tiny downsides that I can think of - the bathroom was small; the sink area was separate and spacious; and on such a cold weekend, I would have liked to park RIGHT infront of the room - but the quick walk was only noticeable because it was freezing outside. One CAN park in front of many of the rooms. Our personal preference would have been for more blankets on the bed, but the room's temperature was easily adjustable and we didn't bother asking for more blankets. Our room felt private, almost like an apt including a sliding door leading to a tiny, outdoor, private seating area. I wish I had noticed when booking online that there was a fitness room - I would have brought my sneakers... next time. Overall, we loved the place!! We didn't eat there at all so I can't comment on that, but I can assume that was great, as well.

Comfortable bed, full kitchen, excellent continental breakfast, it was really more like a buffet. Very Clean! The hotel was right on a main road but was very quiet. The room was extremely clean, had a full kitchen including microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dinnerware, excellent if traveling with a family. Great value and we will recommend to friends and family.

My husband, mother-in-law, my stepdaughter, and myself stayed at this hotel for three nights at the begining of July. We were in Binghamton for freshman orientation so we wanted somewhere close to the university. This was a great hotel! We had a two bedroom, two bath loft. The room was really like a lovely little apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, flatware, and china. Everything worked perfectly, and best of all we all had privacy. We would definately stay here again, and we plan on doing so. By the way, the complimentary breakfast was terrific, especially the waffles!

The room space and cleanliness. More lights as you locate your building. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was great. This hotel was perfect for our needs. It had a kitchenette, a bed, a bathroom and a sitting area. Overall, it was clean and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were large with a kitchen. The pull out couch was not very comfortable.

The ambiance, layout and comfort of the room. There was no log for the fireplace, though there were instructions as to how to light it. Nice full breakfast, friendly staff, clean room and nice bed. Convenient location to university, shopping and restaurants.

The assistant manager was very accommodating as he was on our previous stay. He made sure everything met with our satisfaction. They took the sausage and bacon out of the weekend breakfast. The accommodations were very commodious.

The bed was very comfortable. There was a little mildew under the soap dish in the bath. Overall,a very lovely stay a nice clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Lovely amenities such as the fireplace wine glasses and the bottle oppener whe had forgotten to bring with our wine. A very nice 3 star hotel.

Buffet breakfast was good. No wireless internet, and no cable for computer in room. A very basic room with kitchenette, basic amenities in room, although granite topped-vanity was nice. It was like staying in a studio apartment, so you have to go outside to get to the lobby for breakfast, exercise room. No elevator to get our heavy bags to the second floor suite we were in. It was nothing special.

Very friendly service, the gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice and funny. The hotel was difficult to locate, no signage indicating entrance. This hotel was alright, but would not be my first choice. While the desk service was great, there was less parking than we would have liked (we had to park far from the room and walk along a service road to get back one evening) and there were some dirty dishes in the cupboards (it looked like they'd been poorly cleaned in the room's dishwasher). It was fine for our purposes, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again.

Atmosphere, convenience and breakfast. Very nice. But would have like to have the option of more than one bed.

Oversized room area & very good breakfast. TV angle to bed was awkward.
