I needed a room for 1 night to attend a surprise birthday party for a friend from college. The location was near BWI airport so it was easy to find and close to where the party was. I always enjoy staying at Residence Inn because it feels more like home and less of just a hotel room.

Close to the airport. A nice place to stay, and close to the airport. Free Continental breakfast was a plus.

I've stayed here numerous times and love it. Quiet, clean, and great staff. I stayed once at the Marriott Residence Inn in Columbia and it doesn't compare. This one is better and you can't go wrong with the complimentary breakfast and dinners (on select nights). Plus the pet fee is $25 cheaper at this residence inn than the one in Columbia. Plus the open parking is better versus the cramped parking located at the Columbia/Ellicott City location. When I brought my cats to the Columbia location, there was a huge hole in the bottom of the bed and I couldn't get my cats out. Maintenance had to come and help me. There are no holes in the beds at the BWI location.

It was my aunt's birthday and we decided to stay in a hotel for the weekend as she lives in Philly and we live in DC. She came down and we went up. We had a two-bedroom suite with a fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. We cooked ate, played games in front of the fireplace, and fell asleep in our comfy beds. I had so much fun that I suggested to my boyfriend that we come back up here very soon, so we are.

Spaciousness of the rooms. The gatehouse, with buildings A, B, etc. If rained our entire stay and we had to go outside to get to the front desk in the gatehouse. Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, friendly hotel staff.

Clean and convenient, comfortable, cozy. The only thing we did not like, the bath tub had deep dirt stains. This hotel was a very nice place to stay, we enjoyed the wonderful air mattress bed.the floor and the carpet was clean no stains. Bed covers were clean and fresh, we had a very relaxing stay.

The location was perfect and the condition of the property overall was good. For 3 stars they should ensure the couch/sofa are stain free. Only stayed one night (less than 8 hours) but I was very comfortable. The room was well appointed and very clean. Perfect for the business traveler. My only gripe was the chair had stains on them. It wouldn't have taken anything but a good steam clean to get them out. That brought the perfection factor down a notch. Otherwise, great hotel for the price.

Very large suite. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great setup in the kitchen area. I ended up with flea bites. Definitely from the hotel. I am concerned about their cleaning procedures. I saw quite a few dogs during my stay.

Great customer service. Rooms smelled slightly funky. Great experience, with great customer service. Location was a bit secluded in hotel city, however, it was as I wanted it to be. Only real complaint was that upon entering the room, it smelled of a mens locker room.

Accommodations were great. I strongly recommend this hotel. Check in was easy and fast. The room was big and spacious. There was a free hot bar for breakfast every morning instead of the usual crummy continental breakfasts most places have. The whole hotel is non-smoking!

This selection by Priceline was super. I found this property to be far and above anything I had stayed at previously,. Lack of restaurants in the area. This property was above the 3.5 star. From the check-in desk to the shuttle driver. Everyone, including the hostess at complimentary breakfast or manager nightly meeting dinners where outstanding. It was great. The management at this property should be complimented on their staff and upkeep of property. Everyone was attentive to our needs. Thank you Residence Inn by Marriott.

There was the big problem - the toilet clogged and we called downstairs for someone to plunge it which we would have done ourselves but there was no plunger. When we returned from a wedding at 3:00 am the toilet was not filled to the top with water, paper and excrement but the floor was soaked. We went to the lobby to ask to be switched to another room and the man behind the desk was less than apologetic and told us to calm down in an almost condescending way. We did get another room, but the overall experience was soured.

The space in my suite was almost as much as I had in my first apartment! Your room is more of a suite and only about 6 minutes away from BWI airport. Although there are not a lot of restaurants in the area, there is a social hour where you can get a light dinner each night and there is hot breakfast available as well.

Very spacious rooms. All the locks are locked in the building. This hotel was much nicer than I had expected and very quiet considering it was right by the airport. Not much in the area but I had to be close to the airport so for me it was perfect.

The staff, room and services were excellent. This was an excellent hotel for traveling with kitchen and large spaces compared to usual cramped rooms. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the free shuttle was a great amenity.
