Date of Stay:
June, 2009
Friendly service, big rooms, conveniently located to attractions. Nothing it was a great experience. The hotel breakfast was good as hotel complimentary breakfast goes. It had three hot offerings with a waffle bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with separate living, sleeping, eating and hygiene areas. I really enjoyed the room and the hotel was quite.

There was a fully equipped kitchen that would be nice for longer stays. The hotel was very clean and the surroundings pristine. Itwas fairly convenient to area attractions andwas ideal for longer stays.

Outside grounds very nice. Pool looked terrible. Under construction and not mentioned on website. Everything was great with the exception of the pool. The bed mattress was lousy. Room very nice. Breakfast was great!

The room was very clean and huge. A pleasant surprise.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was much better than the typical hotel continental breakfast. The cleaning staff knocked on our door in the morning and woke us up even though we had the no service sign up. This is a great hotel with a very nice staff and comfortable rooms. My husband and I went for our anniversary and got a great deal offering our own price on Priceline. The breakfast was really good (make-your-own waffles, even) and the room was comfortable, but nothing extraordinary.

Clean, friendly. The selection of beverages in lobby cooler.

Good breakfast. Bed is kind old, espcially soft bed. Clean, comfortable, and good breakfast.

Room was clean, nice details on the small items, towels folded uniquely, plenty of space on end tables and counters. Outside area was under construction, pool area. Parking lot had broken glass. Rooms were large and comfortable; parking was limited which required parking your car away from your room. Several options were available for breakfast; food was hot and refreshed rapidly when needed. The staff in the dining room was attentive but not intrusive; always willing to assist when needed. Hotel atmosphere felt inviting and friendly.

Check in was quick and easy; room was clean. Maid knocked on the door despite the do not disturb sign. The Residence Inn was very clean, quiet and convenient. The complementary breakfast was a full breakfast with cereal, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, make your own waffles, juices, coffee and very good. The room had cooking facilities, stove and microwave; fridge, dishes for 4, toaster, coffeemaker and microwave popcorn. One could buy groceries and stay in the room if preferred. Sofa and desk with internet connection was convenient. I would stay there again.

Spacious and clean. Our experience was wonderful, able to cut cost and purchase groceries, located near grocery store. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The layout of the hotel, its room and food at breakfast bar was good. The bed arrangement in the room, it had single bed and a couch. It was good hotel with good hotel layout, food and friendly staff.

Nice front desk staff. No elevator, no ice machine, no vending, uncomfortable bed and horrible TV. This hotel was way below my expectations. I had to hall my 70 lbs of luggage up about 20 stairs because there was no elevator. There was no vending machine, no ice machine, no room service, the TV was substandard in model and options. No in-room TV services or movies. Not even a channel selection listing! The free breakfast that I only visited once was horrible.

Price, even had a fireplace. Its an excellent place to have access to both Annapolis, MD and Washington DC without having to be in DC proper.

Spacious room, price. It took over 20 minutes for the hot water to come on for taking baths/showers. Very good hotel with the exception of the hot water issue. I mentioned it to the front desk and when I check some other rooms near ours it was the same way. After 20 minutes or so of running the water, it finally was hot enough for a shower.

Great location, clean rooms, with a friendly staff . A good breakfast was provided and the flat screen TV was the best ever. The room was clean, nicely decorated and most of all the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful in providing directions.

Great room, plenty of room and great kitchen area in the room. No elevator (had 2nd floor room). We were very pleased with the hotel, staff, and convenient location in Annapolis.

Very spacious rooms. Light bulbs in room were all 20 watts. Room was way too dim to read anything. I was pleasantly surprised by almost everything about this hotel. The staff that greeted me well after midnight was very friendly. My room was twice the size of any hotel I've ever stayed in before, with a large living room area and huge kitchen. My only complaint with the entire stay was that the lights in the room were pathetically weak. Any notion of reading anything after dark was a non-starter. The TV, while an adequate size for the room (maybe 24"), was a very old tech CRT screen with poor picture quality. Balancing that out was the availability of a high number of channels (probably 40-50). The fitness room had two life-cycles and one treadmill, along with a small television. As fitness rooms go, it is sufficient to do some unimaginative but adequate cardio exercise, but nothing beyond that.

Free internet, free breakfast and free newspaper. Left camera charger in room and it wasn't returned. Overall, this is a nice hotel.

It was bright & cheerful. Didn't have a volleyball or badminton set at front desk. Really enjoyed my stay and the hotel.
