Couldn't get wireless internet in my room at the Residence Inn Andover, and the lan line in my room didn't work. Also, the breakfast buffet had fewer options than the Residence Inn I stayed in 40 miles away in Westford, MA.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and they made my stay very pleasurable even though I was there because of a difficult situation.

I like the gas fireplace and the room set up. The bed wasn't as comfortable as other Marriott's I have stayed in and we didn't get the King we reserved. The hotel is in a nice location and is perfect for business travel.

Clean and friendly. Breakfast lacked protein choices. Cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable. Located just twenty minutes north of downtown Boston. The easy freeway access to i-93 and i-495 makes this residence inn the perfect location for any activities in the north Boston area.

The room size and amenities. Nothing. I booked this room for an overworked staff member and her husband. They absolutely loved it. They deserved to be pampered.

The staff is wonderful!! The rooms are very welcoming. There was NOTHING that I did not like! I have stayed there before, and am thrilled to go back everytime. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is accommodating! My children like all the outdoor activities.

The hotel was very clean, and had great pool and spa. Maybe there could have been better signage. Check-in was easy and fast(as well as check-out). The staff was great and very helpful with local information. There was a heated pool and spa, as well as a fireplace in our room (which was nice because it was chilly and raining when we arrived)We have stayed in other Residence Inns and have always found them immaculate and the full breakfast wonderful.

The rooms are very spacious There was nothing not to like! I have stayed at this hotel many many times, and they have consistently been above and beyond my expectations. Would return again any time!

people were very accommodating and friendly Liked it very much, would stay there again. Location was close to highway, rooms were immaculate, people friendly, there was nothing lacking anywhere, accommodated our late check in! Would strongly recommend to anyone.
