We were not able to stay at this hotel, due to there being a tornado the night before. They changed us to the Hyatt in Grapevine. Both hotels staff was very nice and was able to move the whole baseball team to the new hotel. Every thing was great there.

Modern look. Complimentary breakfast had a small selection. We actually got moved from the Residence Inn to the Hyatt Place in Grapevine. Hotel was trendy and very modern. It had a niceTV in the room, however the bathroom and closet were very small.

We didn't stay at the Residence Inn (which we purchased on Priceline), they had tornado damage the day before our reservation and moved our reservation to the Hyatt Place. Which wasn't bad, only difference is they didn't have a manager's reception. But overall, everything else was very comparable.

The hotel was a great value for the price we locked in and the staff was very nice. Pool was shaded the whole time we were there.

Very clean and staff was very helpful. Across the street from outlet mall and next door to the Bass Pro Shop. Short distance to Arlington attractions. I didn't like how customers would smoke right at the entrance, but I'm a non smoker and notice these things a little more. For the price I was expecting low grade hotel and it was more luxurious than I expected. I honestly thought I was at the wrong address when I was checking in. I really liked the full size kitchen. This room had more kitchen luxuries than I have a home. Our overall stay was excellent. And my children had a blast. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that I know.

Continental breakfast, cleanliness androom. The pillows could have been more firm. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel.

Variety of people staying at the hotel the weekend we were there. The restaurant was closed for Memorial Day holiday but I assumed the employees needed the time off. Great location, quality in the Marriott tradition, helpful and personal staff.

The size of the room and its layout including the full kitchen was wonderful The workout room was too small with not enough equipment. I like to workout and every time I went the three pieces of equipment were being used. This was my first time to stay in a Residence Inn. I had a wonderful stay and will stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was there on business but I would easily go back with family for a leisurely vacation. There was a large insect in my bedroom. I've never been to Texas before so I don't know if this is just an unavoidable thing. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I loved my room which was like a studio apartment. The hotel was quiet. The room had a "homey" feel to it. I had a nice view overlooking the pool. The bed was very comfortable. I liked having access to the internet. The breakfast was also nice. The free dinner cookout is a neat idea for family travelers. Again, I think I would return with my family.
