Very nice layout of room, vanity area outside bathroom. There was nothing I did not like. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. As we were strangers to the area needed directions and recommendations. The breakfast had something for everyone such a great variety!

The hotel itself was nice, and I would stay there again if it weren't for its location. The room was clean as well as the rest of the facilities, service was good, bed was nice and soft, and the hot breakfast buffet was great, they even had a laundry room; however because of it's location near the airport, the sound of airplanes overhead got kind of annoying, and the people at the front desk told me it was only 15 minutes from VA beach, but it was more like 30. If I did it again, I would find a hotel closer to the beach. But if you're there for something else, like business, then I would definatley recommend it (they offer a lot of amenities for busy business travelers, including grocery shopping, and dry cleaning)

5 day stay for worked turned into 2 wk stay and housekeeping was GREAT! Lots to do: pool, tennis, baseketball, exerc. rm, pooltable, snacks, etc, friendly friendly, and not too far from everything w/ free shuttle!

Suite configuration was perfect for family. Good value as it was relatively convenient to the Norfolk airport and the suite configuration was nice for travel with child. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly at check-in and check-out.
