Generally up to par for Residence Inns - clean and very well kept, nice full kitchens, spacey suites, good pool, exercise court, full hot breakfast, etc. A pleasant surprise - free broadband, usually Marriott charges for that. To nitpick - the 20" TV in the room was too small to see from the couch or bed; the fitness room was adequate but no antimicrobial spray bottle; and high on my list of priorities - the coffee both in the room and at breakfast was just bad (all too common on the East Coast), and no Starbucks or even McDonalds in sight. Also minimal fresh fruit at breakfast, though the scrambled eggs made from real eggs were a nice touch. If I return to this hotel - I'll bring my own coffee and fruit!

The free internet and a printer to use at no cost in the common area. Wireless internet in the rooms would be better than a hard wire.

Convenient to airport and our customer.

Very close to airport. Very unsavory characters in parking lot. Didn't seem safe. This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and it is quite close to the airport. I would personally never stay here again, though, as there were too many unsafe appearing individuals in the parking area. It certainly appeared as if illegal activities were occurring. There are too many other great hotels in Raleigh to put up with this.

Excellent location and adequate room.

Good location. Everything great except that we used the pull out sofa bed. Underneath the sofa bed someone had thrown up about a week before under the sofa bed and on the sofa bed. It stunk very badly once opened up and it had fungi growing out of it. Pretty much the nastiest mess I have ever seen, much less in a hotel room. Not quite sure how the maid service missed this as it would have been on the linens taken out and it was on the sofa itself on the inside. Was not able to get another room. Son slept in bed with me.

I liked the decor of the rooms and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms are spread out in so many buildings. The room was good sized and the kitchen was great. There was plenty of closet space and the bathroom was fairly private. We were treated in a very professional manner and the clerk was helpful about the area. Excellent breakfast facilities too.

The staff blew me away with their kindness and hospitality. I did not care for the quality of the furniture. If you are traveling with family and need a big room than this is the place for you. It is family friendly with basketball court. Swimming pool, grill and exercises room. All of the staff was so friendly from the front desk clerk to the Gardner, I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay again just because of the staff.

Great location to the airport. We had to call for the shuttle from the airport twice. This hotel is very good if you are traveling through the airport; which we were.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was only a tiny bit difficult to find. This is the best hotel to stay at when flying in or out of RDU. It's a 5-minute drive to the airport, or you can use the hotel airport shuttle. The hotel is quiet and convenient. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. There's food and shopping nearby.

The room was very spacious. We only stayed one night, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very large with all of the amenities that would have accommodated a longer stay. The hot breakfast was delicious and the airport shuttle arrived when she was supposed to. Awesome!

The overall experience was that I could do what I needed to do. This hotel was great in both location and cleanliness. I was able to work out in the exercise room and do a load of laundry down the hall. The breakfast was generous and delicious. We really had a very nice experience at the end of a week of different hotels every night.
