Never got Reward points from my stay at this hotel. Very frustrating despite many calls.

Room was spacious. Love the kitchen. Staff was friendly. It took a while to get plenty of ice from fridge. There was a nice family friendly atmosphere.Person at the desk was pleasant and helpful. I was very happy with the room. It was like walking into a home instead of a hotel room. We used the fridge and the stove during our stay. It made staying at the room feel comfortable. I will be staying here again.

Spacious room, great furniture and kitchen. The bath was great also Nothing. Brand new hotel, beautiful rooms, beautiful pool and hot tub. It was winter we didn't use as was outside. Exercise room. Free evening and breakfast meals. It was great.
