The hotel was very good for a young family - the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is close to Antibes train station (5 mins), the beach is 15 mins away (use the free bus service from the train station). The pools are good - please note that roof pool can only be used by children over 14 years old.

I was a bit concerned after reading previous reviews but found the apartments good value for money and clean and comfortable with sat TV, small kitchenette and balcony. Had my own bedding and did own cleaning or there are extra charges. Rooftop pool is nice if a bit on the cold side and great views and was quiet in early Sep. There is a small supermarket, bakers and newsagents nearby and a 15-20 mins walk into town but lots of buses outside inlcuding one to Jaun les Pins. If walking map is not too clear but from train station cross over line on bridge and turn right at the end and then go up the road opposite - it is right next to the swimming pool (piscine or stadt nautique)

Gepflegte Anlage und saubere Studios; Küchenausstattung könnte etwas kompletter,z.B. Wasserkocher bzw. Kaffeemaschine fehlen. Der Blick über Mittelmeer und Alpen ist herrlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, das direkte Umfeld ist nicht ganz so schön... Aber Preis/Leistung hat gestimmt.

Antibes is the perfect place to stay on the Riviera, between Nice and Cannes, close to A8, lovely harbour, interesting alleyways and markets. The tourist residence is not a hotel, doesn't have room service, cleaning etc.and you need to take sheets and towels or hire them, but for a couple like us who spend little time in their room it was excellent value. We had a small studio room and left the sofa bed made up (a single with another under which pops up to the same height, can be put together to make a double, comfortable enough). The kitchinette even had a small dishwasher. We had breakfast on the balcony with pleasant views then went out. There are several smallish swimming pools, and the view from the one on the roof is stunning. May be noisier in summer when there are lots of families. Food is available if you want to eat there. Worst point was finding the Resideal! Road layout is difficult and the entrance lies down a small unmarked service road next to the sports pavilion. Worth booking a garage place as parking is dreadful. Antibes old town is about 20mins walk. We will certainly stay again.

This is not really a hotel, but rather an apartment/condo building which rents units on a short-term basis, which is why they have a three-day minimum stay requirement. They do not provide any bedding or towels, but you can rent these from the reception desk for 18 euros. This extra charge is not advertized on the website. Also, all the beds are single beds (although two can be joined together to make a double bed but this is not very comfortable, and you then need two sets of sheets, so 36 euros extra rather than 18 euros). There is also an additional charge of 55 euros to clean the room at the end of your stay, although you can avoid this charge is you clean the room yourself. Finally, the property is much further from the beach than the map on the website suggests. This said, it was nice, modern and clean, and the pool on the roof is fantastic (this said, a few parasols on the roof terrase would be a great addition).

Because we got such a good price, we thought there may be something wrong with the accommodation or location, but we were delighted with our stay. So pleased we paid the small amount extra for a sea view. Close to all amenities, clean, pleasent staff, we had a most enjoyable stay.

Room smelled of smoke. Parking garage had a very tight entrance. Otherwise, location was fine, not too far from downtown and the train station.

When we stayed (May 06) the place was still being rennovated and I was woken up on several occasions by drilling. Blankets provided stank. Roof pool is great. Overall good value for money just be prepared for a very absic self-catering apartment. Ask for a balcony on the ground floor swimming pool side.

Generally very good value indeed. The building interior needs updating badly, but offers a serviceable base for touring. There is a mini oven and cooker rings provided but no microwave cooker, which limits meal possibilities a lot. Staff duty times mean there is not always someone there to answer any enquiry. Bedding is basic and only provided for single beds

I suggest to stay there: nice and clean place, closed to the centre you can reach by foot and to the station where you can catch the train to all locations in Cote d'azur. I spent a lovely holiday there and it was also extremely cheap!

Excellent value room. Well equipt kitchen with fridge, seperate toilette, bathroom with bath and shower. Parking on the street no problem, easy walking distance to the old town of Antibes with good bars and restaurant. Excellent Pool facilities, very clean and quiet. Would highly recomend the stay, the price was very good value.
