Reserva Conchal guests are accommodated in five-star-luxury residences and villas boasting beautiful contemporary colonial architecture and sweeping views of our 18 hole Robert Trent Jones II golf course and the azure sea with a Beach Club that is unique in its style in Central America. The project has developed into 4 residential products that include: Bougainvillea which are 62 luxury units overlooking the golf course and the sea beyond, Malinche and Villas del Mar which are 27 condos featuring great ocean views and 6 ultra luxurious villas with private pools and incomparable views. Carao with 30 beautiful course-side condos and 12 Villas running along the 10th hole and lastly Melina where clients can enjoy privacy and beautiful sunsets. Rates are based on double occupancy.
