We were downgraded on our first night and asked for room with shower not over bath, they did not give us this request and we had to wait till 2pm the next day before being able to shower safely. Quite a few of the staff were very rude and not accommodating it took at least 8 different staff members or more before we could change rooms. We were even looking to extend our stay but were not accommoda...
