No microwave or fridge in room, no towel racks in bathroom.

Mind blowing. Perfect for everything.I just love it.

Hallways are still being refurbished but the room was very nicely appointed. Construction of a new restaurant has removed parking from the front of the property but the rear lot is brightly lit. Complimentary breakfast has been replaced with a full room service menu.

Large flat screen T.V. No telephone book in the room. Front desk staff was excellent. Love the room decor. Plenty of parking. Close to shopping mall.

Super clean and very modern. Nothing. The is the best hotel I ever stayed at and hope the get this hotel again.

The rooms were specious and good. Not many channels on the Television. Parking is a bit far away. Good decent hotel. Nice rooms and decent service.

Location and building. We stayed across the hall from a drunken couple and had to call security but they did not move the drunken couple. The hotel is nice. However, we stayed across the hall from a drunk and loud couple and had to call security at 12:00AM. Security came and offered us another room but this was incredibly unfair as why should we move at 12:00AM and not the couple that is drunk and being loud and obnoxious! I was very disappointed in the hotel security and their handling of this incident and don't think I will recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. This is a four star hotel they should be better trained to handle these situations.

Clean and comfortable. The hotel did not have free continental breakfast which is almost a standard everywhere these days. Very good place to rest at the end of the day.

Large, clean room. Took forever to get hot water, parking at a premium. Typical of a Sheraton, can't get to it from North bound Route 1, take the jug handle and head south.

Indoor pool and exercise room were very good. Access from high way was difficult when heading north. The evening desk staff had made a significant error when they gave a key to our room to another guest. The guest tried to access our room after 11 pm - awakening & startling us! Fortunately we had a safety latch on the door and they did not enter.

Nothing stood out. Did not feel safe about car in parking lot. Hotel was o.k. There was a notice in our room informing us that the parking lot was not safe and cars were broken in. From this point on, we did not feel safe.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was not ready when promised. Great and helpful staff. Went above and beyond to help when room was not ready as promised including an upgrade to Club level.

Location, directly off main highway. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. Had a slight issue with the room reservation, wanted two beds they could only provide me with a single king. They said they were full and could not comply, but the parking lot did not reflect this. Requested two roll-away beds. Room was very big and space was not an issue.

Excellent location for travelers visiting NJ/NYC area. Impolite staff at the drive - in area, Wi-Fi does not work. The stay could have been better. Poor lighting in the room, poor internet / Wi-Fi connectivity, rude staff at the drive-in area, the warning that cars could be vandalized in the parking etc, all these did upset our stay. But I have stayed in this hotel a few months back and it was not all this bad, hopefully we find the Hotel in better shape next time we swing by.

Indoor pool. It's tricky to get to from the highway depending on which way you are using to get there. However, the highway was easily accessible when leaving. Nice, neat and clean with a friendly staff.

Large quiet rooms. Took a long time to get hot water in room. This Sheraton is conveniently located off the garden state parkway. Check in and parking was extremely easy. Our room was large and in a fairly clean state for age of hotel. We did find that it took a long time to get hot water in our room as it was at the end of the hall. Maintenance came up within minutes when we called. The pool and hot tub were great. Overall, the stay was very simple and pleasant.

Good location, clean, well maintained, good room. Small screen TV in room, steakhouse restaurant not good. Good hotel with hit or miss restaurants - If the food was good, I would rate this hotel a 9/10 - the room and premises are well maintained.

The Location and 24 hour desk person is Great. Ice Machine didn't work. This hotel is at a Great Location. Visually it is satisfactory. The reservation was made in my name but my girlfriend was going to arrive before me so I faxed in the proper credential as advised by hotel personal so that she can check in on my behalf. When she got there to check in, they told her that I needed to fax in said credentials. She advised them that I did, they argued that I didn't. After 15 minutes, they were able to locate my fax from earlier. When I got to the room. The toilet bowl was overflowing, apparently for hours, I fixed it on my own because I didn't have to time to be reassigned another room. The additional shower head, was discharging water while it was off. Also, the ice machine on our floor didn't work so I had to take the elevator numerous times to a different floor to use the ice machine. Horrible stay.

Newly renovated, expansive lobby. Management seemed concerned about vandalism in the parking area. The Sheraton at Woodbridge Place has been newly renovated, and the rooms are clean, large for the area, and quite comfortable. Two very large shopping malls are within a few minutes of the hotel, and there are numerous dining choices. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive.

It felt very safe and secure. Was clean and comfortable. There is nothing I did not like about my stay. Except it was a non smoking hotel and my husband is a smoker. I thought the hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The service was excellent. I felt safe and secure.
