Very clean, modern, beautiful views. Shower stall huge, thick glass door, funky furnishings. It is a little out of the way, 15 minute walk to downtown, very friendly staff.

Very nice clean hotel. Starbucks in the lobby was convenient. Not very close to anything, but transportation was easy. Asked for a late check-out, they said they couldn't because of people checking in. Then my flight got cancelled and I went back to the hotel, where they checked me back into the same room they wouldn't let me have a late check out! Liars!

The view from our room was fantastic, we loved watching the happenings of Boston Harbor. The only issue we had was maintaining a stable, comfortable room temperature.

The hotel is in a great spot, the Seaport area of Boston. Walking distance to several restaurants and the waterfront. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and had great water and city views. Nice amenities...comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, flat-screen TV, and beautiful furnishings. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. One note about parking. There's no parking garage at the hotel, where you can just drive in and park your car yourself. The hotel offers valet parking, but it's expensive (39/day). We parked in the public lot right across the street from the hotel for 15/day.

Nice new Boston hotel. Stayed one night and went to dinner in the North End, Lucca on Hanover Street was outstanding and then took the T to the Red Sox game. Only negative was you had to transfer twice from the green to red to silver line to get back to the hotel which was only one block from station to the hotel entrance. Hotel is right at the seaport and saw the tall ships. Would stay there again.

Room was great and bed very comfortable. Nothing. Loved it. We loved the appearance, view from room and location. We were very close to T stop and w/in walking distance from anything we wanted.

Very clean rooms, but the service was average. Expected more from a luxury hotel. Room service did not answer for 10 min and the service time was over an hour. The buffet breakfast was delicious! The parking was very expensive - $41 a day.

The pool area was dirty with candy litter and lot's of used towels around, definitely the attendants duty overlooked. We loved the overall ambiance of the hotel as well as many of their offerings. The hotel bar was lovely and the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The hotel was very accessible to the "T" train which has a stop just outside the rear of the hotel so you don't need a car. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The only complaint I had was the price of meals at the hotel restaurant. I thought the $15 price for a burger was over the top. Overall the hotel was great and I would stay there again.

The beds were like sinking into a cloud. Ithought the 13.00 daily fee for internet use was ridiculous. We had a wonderful stay. The front desk was helpful in providing us with a harbor view room with a king bed. The room itself was gorgeous. The view was great. the bed was ridiculously comfy. The shower was marvelous. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here over 4th of July weekend and were both pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful, the room was clean and the beds comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. There is a silver line mass transit station about a block away that goes to South Station where you can connect with the red line. Getting where you want to be in the city is very easy. This is a great choice for both business or leasure travel, and I plan on staying here whenever I am in Boston.

We are happy for that we choose the right destination and hotel for our vacation, the hotel is new and very clean, staff are very nice. We will still stay this hotel for next Boston's trip. By the way, there are a lot of good restaurants near by this hotel, like barking crab, anthony's Pier 4 etc., and also the hotel's breakfast buffet is pretty good and service is very nice too.

Clean, quiet, but out of the way for a family vacation to Boston. The hotel is beautiful. Staff was somewhat unfriendly. Pool was very small. Use of the "T" transportation system is essentail. Easy access to and from airport. Not a great place to have a car.

Starbucks coffee located inside the hotel was extremely useful. The charge of $41 per day for a car is way too high. Parking around the hotel is not available.

We loved the hotel and the location giving us the opportunity for a brisk walk down to Columbus Park using strollers for the kids. The greening of Boston has made a big impact on the "walkability" of this route. Got a great deal on parking as well - $5 in the open parking across the way. Just too bad we never had a great view from our room for the fireworks display.

Location (near two excellent seafood restaurants), breakfast buffet ($12 per person).
