The hotel was very nice. It was in an area that was a little run down, but right across from the train station and only a few blocks from all the sites of Salzburg. The people in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really large especially considering you were in Europe. The rooms werte clean and didn't look rundown. Overall our experience was a good one.

It was comfortable, clean and gorgeous! I loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was perfect. My favorite one on the trip. It was very spacious, very clean, very comfortable and close to most everything we did. Oh and the beds were beyond compare!The sheets were silky smooth and the mattress was just so lovely that it was almost difficult to leave the hotel and go see the Alps!

This was one of the worst maintained hotels I have ever been to. The hallways were always littered with ice cubes, candy wrappers, paper, etc. Housekeeping did not replace or clean used glasses, bathtub had hair!! Don't get fooled by the photos - the rooms are not as big as they look. Front office staff tried to be helpful but did not meet minimum standards for a hotel of that caliber. Location is central but in a rather depressing neighborhood.

Excellent hotel with great location next to main train station. Great breakfast as well with waffles and omelettes etc. Room was excellent but would have preferred cheaper internet access (although free printing was nice). Great hotel though.

It was very close to the city buses and train. This hotel had a nice modern lobby however, the upper floors lacked character in public spaces. The room was large by European standards and had two very comfortable queen beds with quality bedding.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. If travelling by train, it is located very close to the main train station but it is about a mile to walk into the center of town.

General service. Organized for checking. Very helpful. Room chicken wings, deceptive advertising. Two chicken wings were five Euros. Parking area, clean and safe. Reception prepared and well organized. Room was excellent. Restaurant was great food. Slow service but not a major problem.

The room was nice and updated. The bathroom and hotel exterior seemed old. Not close to tourist attractions, but close to train station.
