I stayed at this hotel during a convention for my profession. I was very impressed in every aspect by how organized and accomindateing the staff was. My room was also impressive, very clean and roomy and I even had a private balcony.The location is what I would especially recommend, you can walk down the hotel driveway into the parkinglot of Seaworld.I just loved it there.

we have stayed many times at the renaissance, before and after the renovations, and have enjoyed both. hotel is beautiful, rooms are very large and clean, but the only thing that needs improvement is the a/c doesn't give out alot of air, and i really need a good a/c, but overall it is a great hotel. would highly recommend. the staff is very professional, and helpful. the hotel has a beautiful view of seaworld, when reserving ask for the seaworld view, you'll be amazed.

Beautiful grounds, atrium/lobby, beds comfortable, androoms wereclean. Parking fees are extra for both self parking $12 a night and valet $16 a night. Good area, nice atrium, pool, and rooms.

Hotel still under construction and looks nothing like the website pictures. Not very busy, we felt like the only people in the entire hotel. The location is the only plus. You are within walking distance of Seaworld. But, if your not at Seaworld there is nothing else to do. No shops or restaurants around hotel.

Overall the friendly people. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The workers were helpful and friendly. This hotel was very clean and accommodating. I would stay at this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay here at the property even though they were in the middle of a huge remodel. All they lacked was opening Starbuck's and the main lobby food court. The rooms were beautiful, large, and very comfortable bedding. The pool was nice as well, with a large bar restaurant beside. The staff was very friendly and went out of there way that your stay was pleasant.

Yes, this hotel is still undergoing construction - but the service and staff were brilliant! Great with the kids, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The upgrades that have already been completed are fantastic. Enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Trade Winds... very ALLERGY friendly TOO!

The hotel was great, despite the renovations. The hotel was very clean, staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was aware of the renovations beforehand, so I knew that things would be loud (at times) and stores or restaurants would possibly be closed temporarily. When I went there, I was looking for a place just to sleep, so I really didn't use the hotel for my entertainment. If you want to hang around the hotel and be entertained, you might want to consider elsewhere, although they did have some activities going on, just not a lot.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. I found the hotel to be elegant and spacious. The marine life videos bring great color to the space. At the time of check in I made another reservation to extend one more night. There apparently was a miscommunication which caused problems. Overall, I can highly recommend the Renaissance. It is probably the most beautiful Renaissance Hotel I ever stayed at during my extensive travels. Most are not up to the level of this property.

The lobby was very nice. I learned that only the rooms with king size beds have any sort of view of sea world. My room had a balcony but it overlooked the roof. The rooms were nice. Mine seemed to be missing a refrigerator.

Closest hotel to Sea world. Valet was charged $16 per night and internet for $16.95/24 hrs. Great hotel and everyone was friendly and helpful! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool was very large and well kept.
