My husband and I loved this hotel! A great place to stay near the Eiffel and within walking distance of so much! The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and kind. We arrived early and had to wait a couple hours before checking in. The concierge secured our luggage in a locked area. We still ended up checking in a few hours earlier than they normally do. The staff was extremely accomodating and even offered an umbrella on those days of drizzle. We had a superior room but were upgraded to a room facing the sizable and lovely courtyard when we arrived. Room was clean, of good size and the bed was very comfortable with wonderful linens. Bathroom was of decent size with great water pressure in the shower! Big bonus was the espresso/cappucino machine in the hotel lobby. Free cups of joe as we left each day to explore! A couple little grocery stores in the neighborhood were useful for snacks, water and lovely wine. We discovered a fitness room that we would possibly use next trip. The only negative about the entire hotel experience was the thin walls which tend to be commonplace in Europe. We did not eat at the restaurant as it was expensive. No complimentary breakfast was offered. The 'business center' is two computers in a little corner of the lobby and although it was easy to use- make certain to choose the computer with the proper keyboard! We are already planning to go back next year and stay at the Renaissance Le Parc Trocadero!

Fabulous location. Loved the courtyard. Understaffed at concierge and front desk. The hotel is so well located that I would love to return. The quiet courtyard is perfect for end of day peace with wine. The room was lovely and very quiet. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Hotel was very Parisian with lovely beds and extremely clean. Hotel restaurant was very expensive. Breakfast was 27 Euro, so we chose to eat out.
