I stay weekly at this Renaissance - the staff is very helpful, friendly and professional, the interior is up to date and the rooms are typically large. Pretty serious lines for Starbucks in the am, but we're lucky to have one. The restaurant, "Fresh," has a healthy buffet including cook to order pastas and daily specials. It's deservedly popular and also has great staff.

New, clean with upscale amenities. This property is far superior to most other O'Hare area hotels. Spacious by Chicago standards and very clean with open, airy lobby that features a Starbucks that opens at 5:30 am (crucial feature for early departures!). Very friendly desk staff. Not a fan of $20 for overnight parking, but it IS Chicago after all. Overall, highly recommended!

This was my first stay at a Renaissance property. Very nice and relaxed setting. Was pleasantly surprised with the "standard" suite. Large, comfortable with many ammenities. Very quiet, not as much plane noise as those hotels on River Road. This property isn't as convienent as others if you have a function at the Rosemont Convention hall.

Linens in the guest room were of poor quality. High-speed internet should have been included with the room charges. Overnight parking was expensive. We visited downtown Chicago with family. Overall a very good experience with the hotel and stay.

If you sort by review you'll see there isn't one bad review about this place! I LOVED my stay here! the staff was friendly, room service was delicious, location was nice we took the L-train to downtown! I WOULD definitely stay again! A little pricey, but the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in!

The beds were comfortable and the room quiet so we had restful sleep. We did not like having to pay for overnight parking because that made the hotel stay pricey. One of the hotel staff was rude but the rest were friendly and helpful. Not crazy about the shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We checked in from the airport very late. No food service just the refrigerator in the hotel store. It did not have a 24 hour Deli as advertised. What is up with the aroma therapy here? The smell was not that pleasant. Do you really want to smell that while you eat? Lunch on Sunday was a 6 item menu - 3 salads and 3 sandwiches. These were very trendy "healthy fare" and not apealing to someone that came in late the night before hoping to have brunch or at least a normal lunch. Thank heavens there is a place to eat in the building next door. The rooms were fabulous, but don't expect much from dining room.

Parking $20 a night this far from the city. Really? Internet an additional $10 a night. The breakfast that was in the description is only for weekdays and only for certain rooms. The Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel is located just across a parking lot from the train station which is very convienent. The room was nice with a seperate sleeping from the sitting area. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. If they can charge you for it they will.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was confusing. I'd highly recommend this hotel. The room was exceptional. It felt up scale. The staff was friendly.

The room was clean, modern and looked recently remodeled. The bathroom was large and functional. The indoor "dive-in" pool was great for kids. But the hotel staff was not accomodating. On the last day of our stay (a total of 4 nights), they began professional carpet cleaning in the hallway outside our door at 9 am. The noise was loud and unbearable. When I called the front desk to complain, they did nothing about it. They claimed it was regular housekeeping. Needless to day, we were unable to rest past 9am. When we left the room we could see that the hallway had been steamed and large fans were set up to dry the carpets. I do not believe it was the course of regular housekeeping. I don't think the hotel staff was considerate to our request. I believe they could have post-poned the cleaning until after 11am.

The suite was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dining was excellant. Close to mass transit and easly accessable. Would recomment to anyone thinking about taking a trip to Chicago.

The hotel was great.First th eroom was a warm yellow with a large glass shower it was comfortable. th efront desk staf was very helpful. Room service was included for the breakfast rate. would stay again the lwas located close by to get into the city.

I found the hotel to be a pleasant experience. Beautiful room and comfortable. Hotel was in a weird location in an office park and was kind ofhard to find. The highway was loud nearby. Not a good place to stay if you are doing things in downtown Chicago.

"The hotel is 25 minutes to downtown, if you are prepared to drive and finding a place to park it was ok. The train was available close to the hotel, The city of Chicago itself was great! Lots of activities and the people of Chicago were very gracious."
