stayed here b/c it was a marriott renaissance but it looks like not anymore. enjoyed my stay , breakfast was great , setting was like the US. great security, near the airport and shops and all kinds of things to do. will stay again even if it is not a marriott anymore,

Right across the street is great shopping and restaurants. Got a kick out of the super sniffer dogs at the door who do the luggage security check! :)

The hotel was clean, inviting and friendly staff. I liked everything about the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken cared of and I enjoyed all of their facilities.

I like the location of this hotel very much. It's just a stone throw away from the shopping areas, especially greenbelt, which is a home to a variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and respectful of one's privacy. They offer good prices during peak season, but it does not come with breakfast. Their twin room comes only with 2 single beds. So if you're looking to share the bed with your child or if you're a size bigger, it would be very inconvenient to stay in a twin room. Their cocktails in Cinnabar is a must try!

Great location for nearby shopping! Look around first before buying because a lot of times you can find the same item cheaper the longer you shop around. Be sure to travel light! This trip was pretty nice, in general the people are friendly.

After checking several websites, I decided to stay here for 110 ++. Great location in the Greenbelt for shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff and the room was good. Good gym and pool although the water was a bit cloudy. Will need a refurb in a couple of years but I would stay here again.

The service was very cordial and friendly. The decor of the hotel was fantasy-like. I had my princess there with me and she loved it also... We dined at the chinese restaurant and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful in having us curtail our ordering! All in all, we were very happy with the whole trip...and I must say that Cheap Tickets made airline, hotel and transportation accommodations very simple. I loved that. Mahalo!

Very convenient location for good eateries, shopping, and meeting place. The room cleaning crew forgot to leave some bath towels in the room. I had to request for delivery. The hotel staff was very courteous including the staff who worked at the men's room at the lobby. I felt pampered when he had to turn on the faucet for me and hand me the paper towel - I thought that was too much having traveled to Istanbul, Paris, London, Antwerp, Lucerne, Madrid, Venice, Prague, Budapest, Riyadh, Seoul, Salzburg, Gothenburg, Munich, etc. which I have never experienced.

This hotel i rate one of the best hotel to stay while in Makati City, Philippines. Very comfortable beds, spacious, clean as a whistle and staff are very courtious and happy to serve you but please show them your appreciation not only thanking them for they deserve something for their excellent dedication. It is very close to shopping centers and places to eat too.

Let us check in at 1000, upgraded our room without requesting. Upgraded room was the size that we thought the other should be. Extremely convenient to shopping. Safe for a woman traveler who wants to stay in the Greenbelt/Glorietta area. Staff was extremely helpful but I would have been dismayed at our original room if we had not been upgraded. A deluxe room will not meet your expectations, especially for a hotel boasting 5 stars.

I came earlier than scheduled (about 9AM) and the staff gladly check me in. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable. The TV is the old CRT Type but I don't mind since the picture is very clear. The buffet breakfast is very good with lots of selections for most people. The best thing is that the hotel is located in Greenbelt where you'll find different restaurants, mall, movie house, night life, etc. I never got bored. This hotel will be my priority on my next visit.

Location was great right across all types of shopping but what made this hotel worth the stay and made me book it again once I came back from Butuan were the employees. Each and everyone of them made me feel like they were happy I was there. I have never been treated by any hotel this way. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends going to Manila. I am looking forward to going back again and visit the employees that by the end of the stay I felt were like good friends. The hotel pays also attention to detail.
