One of the nicer airport hotels in Zurich. The beds were up to the usual Reniassance standard, but there are NO extras. Toll free calls are 4.00 each, local calls are 1.00 per minute, no coffee in the lobby, none of the extras that make a luxury hotel worth the extra. Nice rooms and great beds. Staff is OK, but again the luxury was not there. For example I could get no information about Zurich cultural life and offerings. The food was only OK.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is too expensive. Air conditioning is not cool enough. Overall, the hotel is very nice and clean. However, our room faces the railway track. The air conditioning is not cool enough, so we opened the window to get some breeze. However, the trains passed by every 15 minutes or so and we could hear it loud and clear and had to closed the window.

Very close to the airport. A tram was located across the street which took you to the airport in about 10 minutes or into town in about 15 minutes. It was located in an industrial area and not centrally located near shops or restaurants. Very nice hotel if you wanted to stay close to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and spoke English. It is conveniently close to a tram stop. We didn't know ahead of time that we had to pay an extra tax of 5 Franks upon checkout. We were very pleased with this hotel! It was clean and crisp and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Room was spacious and attractive with view of the Alps! Renaissance Zurich Hotel may not be in the center of the city, but it is extremely well-located. A 9 minute tram ride to/from the airport, and a 20-minute tram ride to/from central Zurich made this an ideal location (and the trams are extremely clean and always run on time - a pleasurable way to get around). The hotel is modern with a very attractive lobby, knowledgeable and helpful staff, very comfortable and modern rooms (and no additional charge for a roll away bed), a wonderful gym, pool and Jacuzzi. I was completely satisfied with my hotel stay.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. The wake up call never happened! Nice clean room, helpful and friendly personnel. The lobby area with the food buffet was strange. The only negative was that we didn't get our scheduled wake up call.

Location from the airport and the public transport, great ambiance. Very convenient, access to airport and public transportation is great, friendly staff, amazing ambiance.

The bed is glorious. They did away with the shuttle bus. There is a tram now but the shuttle was nice. I challenge anyone to find a bed that is more comfortable than the one at the Renaissance Zurich airport. Other Marriott's in Europe do not have the same comfortable beds. And then if you need your room as a business space to do work, this room is arranged perfectly, with two very comfortable leather pieces.

My residence in Zurich, like home. Over charges for phone calls. It is a great hotel with large hotel rooms by European standards, service is outstanding with friendly, English speaking staff, and their swimming pool is probably the best hotel pool I have ever been in. I would stay here just for the pool, to be honest. The food and restaurants are good, overpriced, but that is the case in Switzerland for the most part. Great hotel!

Their pool is the best! Huge over charges for phone calls, 55 SF for a local call to an airline. This is one of my favorite hotels. Their swimming pool is perfect. The shape, size, tiled, and fresh, pure Swiss water. The rooms are large for Europe overall and the service is very good. They need to revamp their overcharging for phone calls. Made some local calls to airlines using Zurich numbers and ended up with over a $100 in bills. That is not acceptable. They worked with me a little.

Its a perfect hotel for business travellers and has that zing which is not there in many airport hotels. They can improve on the food options as that I felt was limited.
