We had an excellent breakfast with good service from the waiter. We could have stayed more than two days so that we had the time to use their pooi in the penthouse and spa treatments. You feel you never left the US since their amenities are similar.

Excellent aspects of the hotel- comfortable bed, very helpful and friendly front desk staff who speak English well. Disappointing aspects of the hotel- We booked the hotel largely for its advertised wheelchair accessibility. Unfortunately, the one wheelchair accessible room had a bed which was only slightly larger than a twin size, difficult for anyone in a wheelchair and a partner to sleep in together. In addition, the roof-top pool, although beautiful, can only be accessed by climbing approximately 20 stairs. There is no hot tub. Also, visitors should be advised that wireless internet service is an additional charge- 65 euro a week. There is no free airport shuttle. Local phone calls cost 1 euro per minute.

Excellent staff and fantastic location. Nothing. This hotel has the best staff of any hotel ever, they all need to be head of corporate training for Marriott. Stefan at the front desk went above and beyond as did everyone. I do not hesitate to stay here, it is a great location, clean and comfortable.

This hotel was modern, clean & business oriented with an International crowd! Parking in the hotel was not free and the spots were really small! I would recommend this hotel to business travelers who like efficiency as well as cleanliness.

The great location next to subway line U4. The rooms facing the road can be noisy at times. It has very comfortable rooms, nice workout area with pool and wonderful buffet breakfast. Location near subway allowed us to tour Vienna without the extra expense of a cab.

Close to transit. Nice place, close to the metro and therefore to all of the major locations in the central part of Vienna. I got a good rest and managed to carry on a little business and see a number of historical sites.

Clean, well appointed rooms. It is about 15-20 min from city center. This is a nice business hotel in the Western part of Vienna. Although it is not centrally located in the city, the hotel is nicely decorated with good amenities.

Great location, extremely helpful staff. In need of update, especially in bathrooms. Very conveniently located near Metro station and Schonbrun. The staff at the Renaissance Vienna were extremely helpful with directions and various requests for information and assistance. Pet friendly hotel!

Extremely convenient to public transportation. Breakfast buffets were very expensive. We found the front desk staff to be extremely nice and helpful. Our room was lovely although there were no drawers to put clothes in, so that may be somewhat problematic if you are staying for more than several days. The bed was very comfortable and we heard very little hallway noise. Overall, we thought, we would be very happy to stay in the hotel again.

A little rough neighborhood. It is right at a subway station, a breeze to get anywhere. Complementary coffee and juice in the lobby between 6am and 9am. It is not yet a nonsmoking hotel, and the pool is to die for. The rooms are nice, too, very quiet.

Friendly staff, great bed, near city center. No mid-to-fine dining opportunities in walking area. Near public transportation, it is very easy to get anywhere in the Vienna area from the hotel. The room was large and had everything I needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel prices for internet and food are high but this is expected for a 4 star hotel. There is an independent internet cafe (without cafe) across the street.

The staffwas superb. I asked for a cab and they took me in the hotel van and charged me 15 Euros. I thought that was very tacky, I stayed there for 3 nights.

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, and good value overall. Double beds were too small and no breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant experience, 8.5 out of 10. Good value, great staff, and clean room. Double beds were quite small. Location is right off U-bahn (Meidling stop), but may take a couple train transfers, about 15 min. ride from the Ringstrasse. Be sure to call the hotel & ask for train directions. But good thing is, it's 1 stop away from the must-see Schonbrunn Palace!

Convenient location. Rooms were too warm. Breakfast was not included although implied it was. The location was excellent - kitty corner to the exit for Meidling U-Bahn station. The room was far too warm although the bed was very comfortable. The staff implied that breakfast was included but it was not at 22 Euros each. They asked if we had had breakfast both days of our stay when we had only ended up staying at the hotel one of two nights that we had booked. We had gone to some trouble to inform them that we would be checking in only for the second of the two nights.

Hotel is in good location, room is clean and spacious with very comfortable bed. Food and mini bar are very pricey. Hotel's location is not in center, but its right across the street from the metro, which is very convenient to go anywhere in town. Our room was not fancy but was clean, and the bed was excellent. I wouldn't mind to stay there again.
