I was only impressed with the hotel's pool and workout areas. The high speed internet was not free, the restaurant was obscenely expensive and you could hear every door close in your corner of the hotel.

Our Compant recently had there Christmas Party here. They ran low on food, food that was there got cold. Servers couldnt diliver a hot cup of coffee. This not our first party at this place, the last time wasnt any better.

Visited Safari Shelter (Wouldn't go again),ate out, did some shopping. Bought Twilight, watched in the hotel by hooking up our portable DVD player to the hotel TV.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Every member of the staff was helpful and interested in doing whatever they could to make my stay a great one. I was able to have a mini fridge and microwave brought to my room. Room service was prompt and the food warm. The restaraunt had great service and food. I had the Lobster Bisque on Friday night and it was so good I went back for more on Saturday evening. Now if they could just lower the price and keep the same service and quality.....

When I checked in, I requested a mini fridge but it never showed up. I called the front desk after about 3 hours and asked again and then they brought it up. Also, we tried to purchase a movie and it wasn't working. And we could hear people being real loud in the hall. Not at all what we expected.

I loved the atrium space with the coy pond and turtles. Great hotel for the money. Checked in late quickly. Beautiful common areas. The hotel was clean and the room was ice cold and perfect for sleeping.

The hotel staff was fantastic. They had maps to downtown Tulsa and directed us to restaurants and attractions, made dinner reservations and even printed us out a map to a nearby Catholic Church we could attend. Price was a little steep for the room, but the service made up for it.

The Renaissance provided a very comfortable room. The desk work area came in handy as I set up my computer to conduct business. Also, there was plenty of space to lounge while I was relaxing and watching TV. The breakfast choices were excellent. They provided a wide vareity of buffet food or you could simply order from the menu. The dinner selections of fish and steak were also done in excellent taste. The workout area and spa was relaxing after a stressful day of making sales calls. I enjoyed my experience there and would recommend it to anyone.

Clean and pretty. There was a wedding and extremely loud until very late. I wish that we would have known that there was a wedding there, I'm sure that my husband and myself were the only people at the hotel that were not part of the wedding group. They were really loud and took up the entire hotel.

The place was really nice. Enjoyable stay. The only real complaint I have of the hotel was the pool area. The floor around the pool became very slippery. My son fell once and scraped his arm, he was just walking at the time. I nearly fell also.

Decor, cleanliness, friendly staff. No dislikes. Very good value for the money, at the priceline price. Good parking, nice facilities, friendly people, the rooms were clean and well appointed.

"I usually stay at the Doubletree down town (I fly to Tulsa almost every week), but they were booked so I stayed at the Ren and wow...I never want to stay at the Doubletree again :-)"
