The hotel is conveniently located and close to our busness associates. We took an upgrade and the hotel gave us a corner room which is more spacious; including breakfast and Internet Services. The interiors of the room, TV and furnitures are quite old but clean and well maintained. Overall stay is great except that Internet service is disappointing as I cannot send out emails (outlook) from my room. I have to send out whenever I got free Wifi access and at the airport. Contacted the support but to no avail.

I've stayed several times as the hotel is convenient to my Seoul office. But no way I make this my first choice when visiting Seoul. Everything, from drinks in the lobby to breakfast to internet access leaves one feeling ripped off at the end as the charges quickly add up. Service is OK but not exceptional. Rooms can be noisy to street traffic as well as neighboring rooms. Rooms are 3-star at best. I've stayed at 3~4 star hotels in Seoul that are half the price and just as nice. The gym is nice and one of the few things you don't have to pay extra for. If you want 5-star accommodations, spend the extra $ or so on a legit 5-star property. Unless location meets a specific requirement, just no reason to choose this hotel.

The Renaissance Seoul Hotel is the best place to stay in Seoul due to its prime location, lively lobby decor, wonderful dining experiences in the Cafe and tranquil surroundings around the hotel with easy access to commercial centres.

Arriving at my room, I was suprised at the condition of the room. For a ""5 star"" category, I would rate this hotel at a 3 star at best. The lobby is newly renovated and looks nice but rooms need work.Everything in this hotel is overpriced! 13 per hour for Internet and minibar way overpriced! (and I am from New York). I would not recommend this hotel

The entire property in impeccably maintained. The standard rooms are rather small. A nicely located, albeit slightly dated hotel with a very caring and proud staff. The facilities are top notch and the level of service is fantastic.

My stay was very pleasant due to the attentive service by the staff. Desk manager greeted me personally. Great location for business, and very very very clean hotel with decoration of local decor. Dinner at the grill restaurant was absolutely the best dining experience with great quality of food and service. Can recommend to any business traveler to Gangnam area

I liked that I left early after I found another hotel. I requested a non-smoking room but the one I recieved had a very bad stinch under a cloud of aerosol spray. This hotel was below my expectations. Yes, it was conveniently located but you are much better off spending a few extra dollars staying at a neighboring hotel such as the Intercontinental, Rits, Marriott or Hyatt. I will never return to this hotel ever.

It is a good value for the price. The hotel is just ok. It's priced where I would stay again. It is good for just those times you need a over night. I don't think I would stay there for more than that. One thing I love about the room was the bed and linen. It was better than the Coex Inter.

Good location in business area. Far from the old city area. It was third time stay here. No problem to enjoy Korean food, shopping. Yet it takes 30 minutes to old city market, one of the biggest sightseeing spot.

Price was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and modern, all the amenities you'd expect in a 4-star hotel. Ice was delivered within 2 minutes of call! I would stay there again and recommend to others

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and everyone spoke English. Location was close to subway station and easy to hail a cab. Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning our room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. Great for families, business travelers and budget-minded travelers.

The staff members are just wonderful! The hotel meets every expectation I had for a 4 star hotel. If you ever try to take a public transportation, you will see the location is not that convenient. I will go back to this hotel on next trip to Seoul. The staff members are just professional and efficient. The room is clean and well maintained. I loved this hotel so much, my husband signed up for his business trip next month.

The interior design and location of the hotel. Could be a bit more friendly atmosphere. Overall stay was a pleasant experience. I've stayed at this hotel before and it still needs a little more smile from the employees at the hotel. That's all I can say. The hotel room and accommodations are excellent.
