We were very pleased with the hotel, staff and our experience. I would definitely stay there, again. I am planning a conference in Dallas in 2011 and strongly considering this hotel to host our event based on my personal experience. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and respectful.

Staff helpful and friendly, upgraded to nicer room. Paid parking. We were upgraded to a 2 room suite and it was excellent.

I still can't get over how mismatched and crazy their decor is. It's a combination between carnival, asian, and classic. I actually hate staying here because of this. Otherwise the beds comfy, rooms are OK sized, and staff is friendly - standard things I expect in a 100+ hotel.

The Renaissance was a great weekend getaway. The dining options were wonderful, including the breakfast buffet and room service. The room had a very comfy bed. My only issue was that I saw a spot a wall in the room that looked like mold. I alerted the staff about it and they promptly sent someone up to look at it. I never heard anything after that. I even e-mailed them, but no reply so far.

Open and spacious, very aesthetically pleasing. Having to park in parking garage across the street. I was very pleased with the hotel. It was perfect for what my girlfriend and I were needing.

The bed was amazing. The rooms could have been a lot nicer. The hotel itself is really nice, but the room are quite standard. The bed was excellent, and I wish we could have taken it home. The walls were extremely thin, the room was very plain, and the TV channel was lacking.

Cleanliness, friendly. Nothing. Great location, enjoyed the staff, wonderful, comforting and attractive decor.

Very nice, pleasant workers there. Room was great!

The after 10:00 pm anti-noise policy. Breakfast buffet was way too expensive. Very conveniently located right off US75, in the heart of Dallas, this hotel is well-appointed and is staffed with very friendly, helpful people. Despite its proximity to US75, it is really very quiet. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, an unexpected and much-appreciated amenity.

Food was good, and the bar has a fun atmosphere. No anti-bacterial wipes in gym. Bad time for that. Room service was quick. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Location near freeway; very attractive public area. Parking was a little bit of a hassle, but not much. Very nice facility, quiet, easy to get around, friendly staff, overall one of the best values I've had with priceline

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Excellent valet parking staff. Fabulous front staff. No washcloths on second day. In spite of the fact that we called down and did not receive washcloths on our second day, the rest of the stay was fabulous. Our conference fed us breakfast and lunch from the hotel, and the food was excellent. The front staff and valet parking personnel were perfection!

The staff was very friendly and helpful to us during our stay. The food was very expensive, so we ate out. This hotel is very glamorous and the pool/hot tub and work out areas are just awesome. The rooms are very spacious and our rooms had the latest flat screen TV's. The generously provided our rooms with requested refrigerators. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for business or just an over night escape.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We loved the bar. 24 hour room service was not available The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is all very friendly. We loved the bar, and had a cocktail and dinner there every night. The waiter was our favorite. We only wished that there were 24 hour room service, as one night we got out of our meeting at 12:45 am, and we were absolutely starving. We enjoyed the hotel.

Decor. Little tricky getting to from freeway. Very nice and clean. Convenient location. Would recommend to others. Rooms were very large.

Its beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly. The swimming pool is on the bottom floor not on a higher level. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice.

Nothing I didn't like. The hotel was more than we expected. It was relatively new. Parking was conveniently located in a garage across from the valet services. The room was really comfortable with a nice balcony view. The bed was equipped with a down comforter and feather mattress cover. The lobby areas were gorgeous.

Friendly male front desk staff. Very unfriendly female front desk staff. The phone and computers were down from the evening till the next day I left. The female staff is absolutely unfriendly. The restaurant and bar are the pits. Slow and not very many items and buffet does not get refilled. Food is too expensive for what they give.

Fitness room. Front desk staff. It was a very good hotel especially for the price.
