If you're looking for a building with character, charm and history that has been made into a very comfortable hotel - try the Renaissance Providence Hotel! It's within walking distance from many of the things I wanted to do while I was in Providence.

The overall appearance of this hotel and competence of staff could not have been better. Restaurant much too expensive. Beautiful hotel, rooms, lounge. wonderfully pleasant and helpful staff. Stay away from restaurant. Much too expensive. Food not so great.

We stayed here for the Pats/Rams game in Oct. The Rams were staying here as well. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous rooms, and a great bar under the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff all throughout the hotel. Nice location - right next to a mall with shopping/resturant - but no need to worry about noise. Everything is new and clean (hotel opened in April 2007). Nice decor and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center. Location was really convenient to both the meetings and restaurants. I think this hotel just opened so everything was clean and new. The bed was really comfortable and the woman at the front desk was very helpful in directing me back to the airport.

Very nice, very comfortable room. Upgraded bed linens and room amenities. I MUCH prefer a stocked bar/fridge rather than having to use room service for everything. There was a beautiful breakfast available Mon-Friday for club rooms. There was free internet in that room, otherwise expensive to use in room. Very, very nice hotel!

Interesting architecture, nice decor. Street name was not on GPS, hard to find. Masonic temple converted to a very interesting hotel, space and decor were very nice.

The Renaissance Providence Hotel was a great choice. Room was absolutely huge, very comfortable with a great location to downtown. Providence place mall and local restaurants all within walking distance. Only thing they didn't have was pool but other than that, couldn't ask for a nicer place.

Beautiful architecture and room design. Nice amenities. No free Internet or WIFI. Parking cost was half of room rate, I parked in the street a few blocks over for free. The Temple is a really beautiful building. Location is okay, parking is expensive. Located near the mall and train station.

Front desk staff made you feel welcome from the minute they said hello. $25.00 per night parking fee a little steep. Quality of this hotel went beyond what I expected when I requested a 4 star location.
