We celebrated our son's 12th birthday and he wanted to stay at the hotel; we walked to brick town and ate with family for his birthday. He loved the pool and the coffee shop. We have stayed here several times and all have been wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great and the valet parking worth it as it was so hot.

the first night we stayed there was okay. The second night was awful. they assumed we were a mr and mrs which was highly offensive then, they showed the OU game in the bar area and allowed the people in the bar to scream and yell till midnight. we had a 7:00am flight and had to be up at 4:00am. we complained twice the manager called and said we could move rooms. right get up get dressed re-pack and move rooms, they just kept telling us it was an important game. we paid a pretty hefty room price to stay there so we could get a good night sleep. also the tvs in this hotel do not work, we had two different rooms cause our stay was not back to back, and neither room had a working tv.

Our daughter got sick and we wanted to leave in the middle of the night and they could not figure out how to check us out. Have you had a sick 2 year old trying to get home? It was terrible! The rooms are not much to brag about.

love the hotel! they seem to have problems at first finding our reservation. we were to stay 2 days, after the first day when they finally found our reservations. they called our room and said that we had our room booked for one day. then they finally found where we had the second day reserved. that was the only problem we had.

Great service, superb location. Rooms need a little updating. Great hotel, easy to find, park, next to Brick town and close to highways. Staff was super nice.

I did not get the room that I reserved and I was not credited for the room I got. I had to wait an hour and half for my room. I was very disappointed. I expected more than what I got. What I paid for was not what I got.

It's a very nice property; very convenient to downtown venues; but the rooms have a dated feel to them, especially for the price.

Choose the hotel based on location for 4th of July festivities. Unfortunately when I got there they claimed they had issues with Orbitz and did not have on file that I had already paid for the room nor did they have a room ready. The pool was disgusting. Small, cloudy and band aides in the water. Thankfully we were not in the room very long and only stayed there one night. I'd suggest spending more and stayin at the Hilton which is equally as close.

It very clean plus the service was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, also it was very close to Brick town so you could walk to wherever you like to.

For a four-star rated hotel the service we received from the front desk staff and manger was very poor (however room service, maintenance and restaurant staff were very pleasant). My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and were disappointed. The hotel has an excellent location and clean rooms but provides terrible service. Unless they can improve their customer service I would not recommend this hotel over nearby low cost hotels.

Comfort, appearance. Wonderful bedding and atmosphere was great also. Location of parking area. This was a clean beautiful hotel with lots of character and a great atmosphere. I enjoyed working out in the fitness center, lots of equipment to chose from. The restaurant looked very nice but we did not have time to enjoy a meal there. The bedding on our beds was great! Very nice comfortable pillows.

Nice, clean hotel. Bed and linens were comfortable. We arrived late and left early so we didn't experience a lot of what might be offered. My wife got a massage on site and was pleased. We valet parked and they charged $25, which seems a little out of line for this market. Otherwise, we would recommend.
