The Renaissance Houston Hotel Greenway Plaza was very comfortable, clean and attractive. The valet staff was courteous and friendly. Room was very spacious, with a lovely view, large bathroom and closet. I ordered room service three times and each time it took hours for the tray to be retrieved even after phoning in the initial request (as per the card that was left on my tray at each meal). At one meal I had asked for an item to be omitted due to an allergy and this request was overlooked. In addition, there was a high school leadership conference taking place during my stay which made for a an extremely noisy few days. Lastly, the hotel dinning room was closed for renovations. This was a lovely hotel however I felt it was very overpriced for the inconveniences experienced.

The Valet's/ Bell Hops were awesome and the night staff upon check in were very friendly and helpful. The carpets need to be cleaned. The room was wonderful except for a chair that was stained I covered it with a sheet for the kids and the carpet had stains. There was leak in the toilet but we called and they fixed right away. If you have a SUV or tall Vehicle will not fit in the garage so they will Valet for you at no extra cost.

Sure the Room and Hotel looked nice, but there is nothing like a hotel nickel and dimeing you to death. You have to PAY to use their outdated WIRED internet. You have to pay to park your car. None of them requests I noted were made, not to mention that check in was at 3pm and our room was not even ready until 8pm!!! Save your money and book elsewhere.

The Renaissance is an extremely nice hotel that is located a short drive from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The only complaint I have is the size of the rooms. They were small but very classy and upscale.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We left a pillow and makeup mirror. Called lost and found. The pillow was found the mirror was not returned. I thought the experience at the hotel was very good. The room was newly decorated. It was really nice except the bathroom floor was sticky (hair spray) and there was mildew on the bathroom tile. I was surprised at that! Considering the hotel is under renovation it was well kept. We enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance.

The hotel was very nice the staff was excellent they treated me as if I was a important customer. I enjoyed my stay and will be returning. The room was clean and the hotel assistants was really on their job.

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby is drab and uninviting. Our second stay. The self-parking took a couple of tries to find, even after having done it 6 months ago. I think we exited several different ways, but never figured out which was which, very disorienting, and I'm an architect.

Transportation to and from the hotel was a breeze. No in-room refridgerator. An excellent choice to stay in the west loop area of Houston. Short ride to Reliant Stadium, downtown, shopping, etc. Clean rooms with a great view and very comfortable beds.

The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff and accommodations. I requested driving directions a couple of times and they were happy to do that for me. Each time I passed through the lobby I was greeted and there was an inquiry as to whether they could be of assistance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was great.

Quiet, parking issues with neighboring church seem to be resolved. Fast room service! Did not like charge for wireless internet. I loved that we got this hotel - even had two beds and when grandchildren wanted to stay overnight Saturday, they provided a free roll-away bed, too. Pool needed leaf cleaning, but the wind was blowing. Kids loved the heated outdoor pool. Greatest regret was that I was ill and couldn't leave the room to go with others to the zoo, etc., but the room was a great place to be confined.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Parking was a little hard to figure out, but fine. The adjacent church made things a little difficult Sunday. Nice hotel, centrally located. You need to know where you are going to get to it, but once you know how, no problems. The staff was very accommodating. I needed a late checkout and it was no fuss at all. The room was very well appointed and clean.
