From the minute we arrived to the time of departure, service from staff was exceptional. Front desk was helpful & friendly. Valet was super. Our party of 8 adults & 5 children agree that the stay was wonderful. Thank you

The hotel and staff could not have been nicer.

It was next to whereI was going. Had to pay $15 to use to internet. The hotel was okay only needed the internet for 5 minuets but would still need to pay $15 to use it. They should charge you for the time you use not a 24 hour period. The hallways leading to the room were run down and very small. Parking cost $20.

We couldnt wait to get home after staying here! Food was left outside rooms in the hallways for 2 days, the ""restaurant"" is way too continental for children, and our room had a weird smell. We asked for extra towels, and they only arrived after a second call hours later.

This was our first time at the hotel. We drove. Parking is difficult to find. Its part for the Blue Jays Stadium parking...underground....and cost $20 per night! Also the tv remote didn't work too well and the health club was closed. The best thing was the view directly over the ball park and the closeness to everything down town. (Though ours was a city view, there are rooms that face the field.) Try to get a room that has a view directly over the field.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was helpful, efficient, and courteous. The location was excellent.

The Renaissance Hotel was centrally located to many of the sights we wanted to see. Our check-in was not pleasant due to an error of being assigned an already occupied room. But, when we told the hotel staff the situation, they apologized profusely and upgraded us to a suite, which was very nice. The breakfast dining in the Arriba restaurant was nice overlooking the Blue Jays stadium.

I liked that it had a restaurant and bar in it, and room service till 12:30 am. Not enough towels in the room, concierge was not there in the morning when we were told she would be there. Good hotel with friendly staff and waitresses and bar tenders. The room is neat clean and the linen is clean smelling. However if you need directions to get some where they need improvement is this area. The concierge was not there when we were told.

Location. Lighting in room was not the best. Hotel and staff were both excellent.

Spacious rooms and location. Kids were rowdy in the hallway after hours. I enjoyed my stay and found the price to be very reasonable for the location.

Hotel was conveniently located, lots of restaurants, close to subway and trains. Was a nice hotel but not worthy of 4 stars. For $30 I expected a valet attendant upon arrival. The location was excellent easy walking distance to many restaurants, tourist attractions and subway/transit system. The room was clean and comfortable. For a 4 star hotel and $30 valet parking I expected an attendant or doorman to greet us upon arrival and offer to help with baggage. The bar/lounge in the lobby looked more like what I would find in an airport, not very inviting.

The room was gorgeous. It was spacious, clean and modern. The pool was rather plain and the paint on the ceiling was coming off.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly - I was greeted by every staff member I came across. Very limited public areas - no places to sit and relax outside the room.
