Stayed at hotel for business trip held in one of the conference rooms. It was nice and not to cold like a lot of places are. The staff was friendly and professional. The only bad thing was the fitness center was a little small and got croweded and the pool closed too early, and they have no hot tube.

I liked everything about the hotel. All of the staff were great and very helpful. However, I wasn't completed satisfied with the hotel restaurant. Very nice hotel. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the excellent customer service I recieved.

Checked in with no problems, found it right off the interstate. Valet parking made getting my car easy although you might want to call ahead for your car. Quiet room, great view from the third floor. Stay was too short.

We stayed at the Renaissance for one night to see a show at the Atlanta Civic Center. This is an excellent 5 star hotel with a 3 star price.. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and beautifully furnished and clean. I wish the hotel industry would get a clue and go to queen sized beds instead of full. The down side was the bed size for two adults and two young teens full is way too little. But it is like that in every hotel. The other down side is that the hotel is located in a pretty seedy area. Other than that we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was great and included in the room price. The wait staff in the restaruant were pleasant and helpful, as were housekeeping and the front desk. The concierge was probably the lease helpful and friendly of the bunch. Anyway great job Renaissance!

We loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean including the bathroom. I am very picky when it comes to bathrooms. I had forgotten that the package I booked included breakfast so the people in the dinning room looked up my reservation and told me it was included when I was going to pay. The breakfast buffet was very nice with all sorts of hot and cold options along with fresh fruit, yogurt, etc... Not like the crapy breakfast buffets offered at other hotels. Overall we were very pleased and would stay again.

The convenience with which I checked in. The parking is a little expensive. It is a quality hotel in the downtown area that is comfortable and within walking distance of a few areas if you don't mind the price for parking through the hotel.

Service for Breakfast was extremely slow and the place was not full infact many were doing the 15 buffet - also too expensive for value

The hotel was very nice with the exception the rooms weren't ready. There was a cheerleading convention in town and so they had a lot of people staying and checking out, but thought being Valentine's day night, they would have more housekeeping to expedite the room availability. After the first 90 minute wait (until 5:30) the room still wasn't ready, so we went to the bar, which was the saving point. Great waitress and food. While talking with her, she mentioned there were specials in the main restaurant that night, which ended up making the night perfect. There must be a major fire station right there because we heard sirens all night, which were disturbing.

Pleasing room, good view. Seemed to be very few people there.

Hotel located next to MARTA station which made it easy to get to ballpark and malls. Employees were very helpful. Room was great. Food was great in hotel resturant but was over priced.

This hotel was pretty nice. The parking situation is terrible. Be prepared to spend a good deal of money on parking.
