I loved the colors and interiors of this hotel, it felt clean and staff were personable! The bathroom floor and counters appeared a bit dirty, but the bed was comfy. Nice to have good coffee served downstairs. the real downfall was no free wifi in the rooms. The pools were exceptionally small. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return

Excellent exercise room & room accomodations. Internet was not free & bed had a bad mattress.

We booked a room as they said they were remodeled. Well, not all of them have been. The first room we had, the sliding door to the balcony would not close, so we had to switch rooms. The second one, the air conditioning wouldn't function, so we had to wait for the maint. person to fix it (in the heat). He did het it fixed, but the room quality was very poor. The room looked over a trainyard (I think thats what it was) and a parking lot being used to store old toilets and construction debris. On top of all of that, I had to run across the street to WalMart to get a few things we had forgotten. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS. It is, how should I say, a less than desirable area of town. If I had known this, I never would have booked here to begin with. Will NOT stay here again.

The hotel was superb. My daughter and I spent two nights at the hotel. The room was well appointed with LCD TV and extra pillows. The room was bright and clean. The staff were very helpful in providing directions. My only negative comment is that I arrived a day early and could not get a room at this hotel because it was full. I guess others saw a good value as well.

We loved the room and lobby space with the large HD TV's to watch games. The staff in the lobby were terrible and almost made us not want to come and spend money.

Upon checking in, the hotel clerk assigned us a room that had not been cleaned, then asked us to wait rather than give us a different room (there were others available) The outdoor pool had no water in it. The room air conditioner did not work properly.

Rooms seemed outdated and were, literally, dusty. elevators took FOREVER, and the stair sign took another woman and I to a storage room---kinda scary to wonder what would have happened had there been a fire or other emergency.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area with great freeway access. Cant think of anything I did not like. Very nice hotel just off the freeway, but quiet, close to food, shopping and major roads to anywhere in Denver.

The Renaissance hotel defines comfort. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The rooms were always kept perfectly clean and the staff was imensely nice and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE that was going to stay in Denver.

While undergoing renovation, the hotel still was very clean, the service terrific and the restaurant tasty

It was a comfortable hotel nice view to Denver city, it has internet connection with is great, however I could not sleep very well, due to a construction place right next to, for the amount of money that I paid I consider that was not worth it.

Looking forward to the 2006 renovations. Excellent food at Copper Canyon Grille with reasonable prices! Location was convenient but don't blink...you might miss Smith Road. Free parking. Immediate access to freeway and just 10 minutes from downtown. Local strip mall with restaurants and banks. Not the best neighborhood but you will spend all your time in downtown anyway!
