Easy parking, helpful staff, new facility. Music too loud in hallways. A nice business hotel north of Indy. About 15 minutes to downtown and 20 to airport. New and clean. Helpful staff, good breakfast buffet.

This hotel is a real gem! Usually on trips to Carmel we stay at the Marriott or the Sheraton. The Renaissance is head and shoulders above anything else in the area. The rooms are chic and sexy and they spared no expense on the quality of furniture and fit and finish. Staff is amazingly attentive, and they all are very warm and gracious. This property has the feel of a high-end boutique-style downtown hotel, but is conveniently located in right in the middle of Carmel. Food from room service and the restaurant was a nice change from the drab hotel fare we usually find. More like what you would find at a nice free-standing restaurant. The restaurant and bar, like the rest of the hotel, are absolutely beautful! This will definietly be our first choice when visting the area.

It was very clean and attractive. There was no room service or restaurant open after 11:00 pm. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The only negatives were that there was no room service or restaurant open after 11:00 pm on a Friday night. It would have also been helpful if the sink area of the bathroom had been separated from the shower and toilet.

Very friendly, attractive decor, nice area and comfortable. The pool water was too cold, but I did have it to myself during our stay. Wonderful service, great atmosphere and very comfortable. We would stay there again and again. We had a really nice time, mostly due to the excellent service the hotel provided.

Friendly lobby staff. Wait staff in restaurant was rude I asked hostess to reseat us she didn't hesitate. The hotel was lovely, I would highly recommend. The workout room was great for a hotel. The bed was comfy and room was clean. The front desk staff was top notch.

Clean andfriendly staff. The hotel was okay. We have stayed at many hotels over the years. Some of them were much nicer and some were terrible. When we went to check in, we were told to drive around to the back of the hotel and unload our baggage there. There was no cart to load it on and none offered to help us. This hotel was nice, but strictly geared towards business travelers. They charged $9.95 a night for internet access. The room didn't have near the amenities that many lesser hotels we've stayed at did. For example, no refrigerator, no microwave. My wife forgot her blow dryer. There was supposed to be one in the room, but it was missing. Granted by calling the front desk remedied that. Overall, the room was nice.

This was a really nice hotel which just open in May, 2008 so it was incredible, clean and every detail was covered. This is a great hotel. The staff was super accomodating, the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was also a plus that the entire hotel was non-smoking so the entire place was so fresh. It is also centrally located and within a couple miles of great restaurants, shopping and area attractions. Highly recommend it!
