Convenience of location, pretty. We were guaranteed double beds and when we got there we had a king. The hotel was very nice, a little older and fixed up. The staff guaranteed us double beds but when we got there we had a room with a king. Due to the fact that we did not pay as much as the previous person who got our double bed room.

I stayed at this hotel for work and decided to add on a couple of days for fun. I loved the pool, staff and location. I really appreciated the free wireless in the room and poolside. I could work by the pool when it was nice (like always). I would definitely return!

I was disappointed with the hotel service, particularly the maid service. We stayed 4 days and did not receive clean bath towels during our entire stay. The towels on the floor were picked up and hung over the shower rod to be re-used every day. The bathroom floor was sticky and not wiped at all while we were there. It was just icky.

This was a wonderful hotel. The pool area makes you feel like your in Hawaii NOT Florida. The staff was friendly and attentive. Big rooms that are clean and up to date. The onlt problem is that they forgot my 4:00am wake-up call!!!!!

The pool area/very comfortable with trees & shade. Carpets seemed a little dirty, lots of mosquitoes at poolside after dark/location isn't great, not close to beach at all. Pool area was very nice with trees and tropical foliage and lots of lounge chairs & a few areas with shade. There is also a poolside bar. The staff was very helpful & promptly sought out answers to any questions. The room's decor was colorful, unique & room was nice, although it seemed the carpets could use a cleaning. I would stay there again as it's quite relaxing by the pool.

Very friendly front desk and pool bar staff... fantastic pool... within walking distance to huge mall and many great restaurants... Rooms were clean and nicely appointed (carpet was ugly, but not a big deal!) Complimentary cookies, iced tea and mimosas were served in the lobby... A wonderful place to stay if you're looking to relax and unwind...

Very friendly staff. The rooms could be a bit modern. The hotel was at a great location. The room was good, but personally think it could use a bit remodeling. For instance theTV and refrigerator needs updating. The staff were really friendly and extremely courteous. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Quaint, upscale hotel in the middle of so much shopping, dining, and entertainemnt. Outdoor pool pavillion is a total resort feel, I felt like I was on a island.

Very nice place, close to everything, the front desk is very nice as so is the Bell man however I had stayed there 2 separate ocassions in Sept and both times the fire alarm went off, once Sept 19th at 3:00 am and than Sept.30th at 2:20 am , both times waking me out of my sleep and forcing every person staying there to evacuate until the Fire trucks came to allow us back in.. One time I can understand twice is not accceptable.

Quality staff. No breakfast of any kind, only coffee in the lobby. Overall experience was good. The air conditioner was a little loud when it turned on. The lack of at least a free continental breakfast was disappointing. The staff were very good and the pool bar was a nice touch.

I travel to Boca on business several times a month. I stayed at the Renaissance this time in one of their newly renovated rooms! The rooms look great and their service was superior to most. Friendly front desk. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Great! Friendly staff. My new Home away from Home! I will stay there time and time again.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I have had in a long time. I was completely relaxed with everything I needed no more than a phone call away. The bed was superb - I actually woke up feeling better than I had in a month - which of course made me realize I need to buy a new bed. There were secluded little areas throughout the property that allowed for privacy, yet I was right in the middle of everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an excellent value and needs to relax and I am looking forward to the opportunity to visit again.

It is near restaurants and shopping, easily found from the freeway. Clean. Nicely appointed. The iron and ironing board in the room came in handy. We had a upgrade to the top floor as our room was not ready at check-in. A no smoking hotel. Good value.

This hotel was just perfect. The room was large, clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the service very attentive. It was very conveniently located and the pool was great. I can't say anything negative about my experience exccept that it was a shame to leave.

The Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel, Boca Raton, Florida was very nice, the room was very cozy I slept like a baby. I loved the spaciousness of the room I had a lot of space the bathroom was nice very good lighting. The location was perfect close to shopping and dining and the freeway I-95.

I decided to get away by myself for 3 days, and this was the perfect place to do it. It was very relaxing, and I felt very safe and comfortable being there by myself. Everything was very clean and although I didn't need it for this trip, there were great business amentities, which is great for future reference. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
